Allow him to fully recover, we saw enough from Rico and Smiley tonight to allow Guyton to get 100% for FAU and the bowl game... Tillman wasn't putting much pressure on his foot, and Henson was in his jumpsuit with no wrap or anything from what I saw, but I would likely let him sit as well.. No need to rush him, Guyton... Also, for everyone wondering... English is was without him brace... No information but it would be a great addition if they some how got him into the FAU bowl game.

We will not play in the Armed Forces... They were there because of Army and the people who run the Armed Forces also run the HoD.. They do not want a 4th match up in 15 months.

If you want to be ranked, you will have to put up some VERY LOPSIDED Ws vs FAU and a solid bowl match up.... Going to go out and say we are MOST likely not going to be ranked... 11-3 would improve our starting ranking next year, but I personlay would rather see this team get healthy and play the young guys who have not played much... Rice should not be much of a match up and not worth the potential injury to someone that will be needed vs FAU, and in the Bowl game. FAU from what I have seen, has not gotten any top 25 votes and they have been very impressive with who they have beaten, and how they have beaten them... Agreed... With Guyton, Wilson injures is it worth a chance at the CUSA championship and Bowl game? Honestly Rice is the least important of the 3 remaining games.

Fine lets hope leads to better skilled players coming here because of his #s and hopefully for the awards he can win as well... He should be a 1st/2nd team QB in All-CUSA, and I would assume 1st if we can beat FAU.

Yes and the Army fans made the difference in terms of upping the total attendance.

If SL does leave, Fine makes UNT even more attractive to other Air-Raid/Spread HCs... Having a solid QB like Fine is a HUGE advantage in CUSA, and would allow for that HC to have a quicker bounceback.

Just thought of this, and how the Rice game is somewhat meaningless to us... Does SL roll with the backups? I would be play Quinn and all of the true-freshman as well (the ones that have already played and not burning anyones RS). Allow anyone and everyone that is banged up to rest up and recover. Hopefully the staff could then pitch to kids in the HOU area on the ability to come to UNT and get a solid amount of playing time.

Why would they be looking down? UNT is a more athletic and explosive team... UNT had been getting it deep on them for most of the night... UNT had something like 90 seconds left, and multiple TOs... They should have been expected to win

People will not like this and downvote it but i will say it... Yes it was Targeting... yes it was should have been called, but.... Fine should NOT have thrown that pass because he left Guyton out to dry on that pass.... The hit, that is the job of the SS is to be the enforcer of the DBs... That was a statement hit, and sent a message saying throw it out of bounds in the future or someone else will get lite up if allowed.. It is something that our SS/DB should be doing... Army has to be a more physical team, and they show it tonight. Thank god for the speed and athletic ability, and Trevor Moore.
