Question after if the offer is still good, which I hope it would be and offer him and his brother (who had a great offer list with multiple p5s).. What position is he? WR/TE? with his size potentially a move to LB, but i have not watched any of his tape.. Would this staff want to add a potential 2nd outside WR over 1 outside and 1 inside?

How does losing have no impact or a lesser impact, but yet a win does.. LOL the logic that we say oh we were runners up and lost to “insert SBC team” is sad.. i get the point that a SBC maybe a better chance at a W, but again why is this program “settling” for a while able game, when the mindset or said mindset is play anyone anywhere..

I saw this on page 3, and sorry if it has been brought up between Pg3 and here.. But if we play Troy and lose to Troy.. isn’t that an even bigger drag in terms of hurting recruiting similar to how a win would give us a boost?

Dumb idea likely, but if people DVR it at home maybe it will count as a view... And hopefully that viewship bump could help us in a bowl game, and maybe even a better time slot in the future???

Would have loved to play in Fort Worth, but I voted for the HoD... Would have been great to see Downtown FTW in green, and been great to have a game in FW alumni back yard as well and Army is a great national name.. but 4 times is to much... An honest question to people though.. If we had had played someone else last year in the bowl game.. and then played Army in this years bowl game, would people have had a problem with it?

I hope Jeff has a great recovery and makes it to the next level.. Hell the cowboys could be in the market for a back up RB... With that being said, if he does not get to stay at the next level.. I hope he finds a spot on this coaching staff as a GA.. I'm sure Coach Choice would get 1st dibs at a RB coaching spot, but having Wilson as a GA like Buyers could do alot of good for these younger RBs and this offense as well.

I'm assuming you know you can declare for the Draft, and still play the game right? Only recently has it lead to players missing out on the bowl game to limit possible injury.. I would think Sutton would play vs UTSA because he could have 1 more huge day which would give him some more draft buzz going into the scouting season..

I have to agree.. market these tickets on the UNT websites on top of the locations its already on... As @Prettylittleeagle has said, he did not know where to go to get information about them.. UNT Ticket Office should and the AD office should market this deal on its own website since UNT has already made the $ and it would greatly increase the exposure for Mr. Williams...

This "young alumni" stuff needs to start while they are still on campus... Have the information in the packets with the students degree, about the ticket offers and who to contact.. Leaving the military i had to attended a bunch of meaningless lectures and classes, heck similar to orientation. They need to have things like this be mandatory (even if students will complain and most likely not pay attention) and have people talk about different things for recent grads.. If its having WB come up and talk for 5 minutes about donations to the AD office, season ticket packages, etc.. it will be boring to most of the students, but even if you pick up 2 or 3 % that is a nice addition.

Just looking at his offers on 24/7, which I have no idea how correct it is.. Has UI, SMU, ArkState, and Baylor... He was a Freshman All-Big10 according to an article from last year, so I'm also guessing he is a RS candidate wherever he goes.. But it also says he is up to 280 lbs... and he was a .82+ 3* if anyone was trying to looking back up to when he was recruited.

No idea if its allowed/could even work out.. but could Natee transfer to UNT and be classified as a PWO this up coming year and sit out/RS and then be put on scholarship later once he is able to play?

Wasn't he someone we thought as a possible 2nd WR commit? With the kid from Houston, should we expect/look for a slot WR or does the staff think they are okay with Lawerence/Darden being guys here with multiple years left?

No idea, but possibly what John Willians is doing is the best.. have him buy them school/Athletic Department pass it along to the frats for them to buy or something.. What they should is market it as Young Greek Alumni section.. recent Greek students should get them..

I figure they would issue a warning and then fines.. not I doubt they send someone to check IDs and that to see if they are students
