No, the class ranking will be the same if he is signed or just a verbal.. his ranking may change because of 24/7 or rivals, etc rewatch his tape or update his offer list etc.. It’s been said but kids that commit to UNT don’t usually get a boost, but a kid that commits to UTSA (for example) does get a boost (usually) because of the fans memberships from those schools
