The real question shouldn't be which bowl is better.. it should be can we go out and have a solid game and build alot of momentum going into the winter/spring. I would hate for us to play someone like Iowa and they just destroy us(not saying it will happen, but just saying). It could really hurt the progress and the arrow of this team, and the people who are just now getting behind it. I trust the staff to pick and go with the best bowl game that they can. But we need something to build on and give us a lot of momentum going into recruiting season before signing day that can carry over to the spring as well. If we did elect the HOD Bowl, could we bring in recruits? I know most likely not but just wanting confirm if we can or can not.

I Just want 6 wins.. it would be great to get to the Cusa championship, but that additional month of training and practicing will be huge for this UNT team.. that will help these young guys a ton!

Did it stay the same OLine the entire game, I didn't even think to see if it did or if we were still juggling guys around.. also, if they did stay the same is this a carry over from Marshall? this offense will go as far as they let us, because Wilson can run it and fine can throw when needed at times.

I hope he doesn't get replaced.. Tech my turn to another former Tech coach in SL if we keep going up..

With u offering up these 4.. I know UTSA and UTEP have been struggling/ adjusting to a new staff.. what about USM and LAT, how are they doing? I thought these guys were usually legit teams year in BS out like we should be. ALso, how huge could it be if we win vs UTSA, with Nov5 on homecoming we have a chance to be bowl eligible, after the blow out with Portland state in aft years home coming..

Not sure if anyone saw.. but UNT Prez put out they are offering buses for the UNT game.. no idea where or when they leave/get back.. does anyone have information?

But I do think WB can/will find the money.. I think they are starting to see some of people starting to come out of woodworks The CBS crew would go straight to EK after a turnover with him jumping around.. Ek is great not just for the defense, but he goes over and congrats the offense.. I think that is huge in the offense knowing the defensive leader has your back, and it also doesn't hurt that EK seems to the spark plug to get the team hyped up.. I think it's needed with SL, GH, calming/melon laid-back personality

They can jack up my fees lol... Uncle Sam and the GI Bill can cover some of it. But I do totally agree.. Hoping Ek doesn't get any ideas of leaving. Would love to see him with in year 2 with his guys..

@TheReal_jayD do we have any idea why he hasn't picked up any other offers? Or Is this kid telling other schools he isn't interested or most schools already locked in with their QBs for 2017 class already?

Not to compare.. but he seems to be around the size of the HoneyBadger.. and seems to play the same style in the slot.. but he does seem more like a zone player..
