Going to say if we can land McNeal to go along with Guyton... Add him to Smiley playing solid the last few games and how much Tyler Wilson and Rico grew between regular season and the bowl game with Bradley and Griffin. Solid group to add with Jeff Wilson. Just gotta hope Fine, Pearson, or Izzy can be solid

Still think it would be great to bring him in if we can.. I think all of us would gladly take Haynes, Johnson, Hoston even if it is just for 1 year looking at AWC website, they didn't have him on the roster this year, nor does he show up in their Alumni/Former players section but neither does Turner or Peters, with Dee being the only one to appear.

T.Davis is a LB recruit as well.

Will be interesting to see Smith, Rico, Tyler And think, we just thought he would a KR/PR this year

I'm just going by what has been said on this forum.. Also, I think SL and staff would rather fill that Scholarship with someone who will be around for longer

With Hood being a grad-transfer I thought he would just count for 2016 class? Also I'm assuming Johnson and Haynes never making it to campus, would those 2 openings be the 2 your talking about?

@GMG24 I have been wondering the same thing. Some fan bases that are very apparently on twitter is Iowa and Utah. I noticed this when looking a few recruits that we have similar to them, and the fans have tweeted graphics, encouragement(even when kids have de-committed), among other things. But I'm glad we found out that all of us are condsidered "boosters" and that we hadn't done anything yet. Was just hoping to put out some ideas as a way for us help out the school and keep these recruits interested in UNT

LeBlanc did get hired late last year because Tech picked up KP from us. Not sure if this impacted who he wanted to recruit but he did do good with who he had. I'm not sure it is a lock for Hoston to be on the team next year, because it going to be based off of him being able to qualify with the books. People have said he would be a PWO, but he is at UNT(I saw him on campus, and it was confirmed by Ashton as well). Honestly if they have a scholly he could get it since he is a 1 and done guy next year, but if anything he could be a PWO just to be a talented body. Also, I think it will hurt losing the leaders like Scott and Buyers, but TT and Buyers were leaders in that WR room, will be interesting to see what happens now because it will be a very young room.

He went in early to half-time after the late TD in the 2nd Quarter. Wilson also came out after 2 plays to start the 3rd and got an IV on the sideline mid-drive. I was wondering why he ran off, but he ran off and called over the medical team and layed down next to trainers table and a equipment box and they tried to cover it up with towels but u could see them put up the baggie for IVs. Those 2 plays should have proven to everyone, even with Wilson not at 100% because of the knee surgery that he was willing to do whatever to win that games and pushed everyone even harder.

Funny because people were saying no one from the Army side would come down for the game. Army, AF, Navy all have vets from all over that go just to support the branch and it was great to see Army bring so many fans. Also, if it had been on New Years Day, I think its very possible that the entire lower bowl would have been sold out.

Patterson has been at TCU over 10 years, probably close to 15 years but I could be wrong and they have only been in the big 12 for 3 and only came in because of the break down with AM, Mizzo, Colo, Neb

The game was great and would have been even better if we had won, or more OTs. Everyone remembers the Miami vs Ohio State game that went like 5 OTs.

Totally agreed.. he wasn't great vs SMU but far from the problem. Today also proved Morris was a better passer as well I think, while Fine wasn't far behind him. Would be great if he can catch on with someone.

Okay well that is good to know the first part. I had no idea all of us would be considered boosters. I only thought boosters were people who gave $ to UNT. 2nd, what exactly is messaging? Not to try and be smart but it just a standard tweet? or is direct messages on twitter?

Thank you. I was wondering that at the game from the replays it looked like Army was holding but that could be just trying to come up with reasons for how bad we got dominated in the trenches.

Would love to have Army UNT become a regular match up. Great for us because they are on the same level as us, and great for Army because it in a recruiting hot-bed for them.

Do we know what conference they were from?

Thanks Harry. So not sure who all is a booster here, but a good read. This maybe the best time for us to hit up some of these questionable recruits with some highlights like Ricos catch, the crowd, etc.. Remind them about UNT
