What's confusing about the blue-shirt? UNT would tell him you come here as a PWO with the promise he would get a scholarship, then on a set day he is offered said scholarship so instead of counting vs the 2017 class, he goes against the 2018 class. I would assume that its nothing more than a PWO. They already have a Punter and kicker and have cut next years class to 20 and possibly less kids already. With him changing from a smaller school to UNT, Maybe he gets Moore's scholarship after he leaves, but I'm not 100% how the scholarship thing works. -
Less seats so they can charge people more

i'm guessing this is one of Bangi locations.. He is also following a nice looking 2018 WR.. the kid had limited stats 20 catches for 400+ yards I believe, but 10 TDs... -

Would be a nice pay bump, and could also cover the buyout if he has one. If no buyout, would and could help even lead to us bringing in some great assistant coaches or increasing the budget as well. -

I would assume that its larger than the stand field.. with it being a multiple sport complex, I would think soccer uses it some, along with the track team as well. -

Thanks for the information @TheWestie Hadn't looked that in depth on the master plan, and I figured they were to scale, but just wanted to make sure is all -

Are these edits to the same size? I do get the whole they wanna build a new dorm, but I’m wondering if they would consider doing it over by where fouts is. I know they wanna have it (fouts) as a parking lot, but I believe it had been said that they would eventually build something where Fouts is now. I do like the future baseball stadium there, the only question would be I guess parking would be out in the right field? -
All good and thanks for the information. Sorry to put you on the spot, figured I'd ask. I'm honestly hoping for Izzy to blow the staff away when he has more time in the system. Plus I think he could be playing for a scholarship as well. Nothing against Fine, but I want him to be worst QB we bring in (meaning the QB recruits get better each class). I would love seeing Fine putting pressure on whoever is in front of him and behind for the QB spot. Fine is a kid that will play hard and practice hard no matter what, and he is someone who can change the leader room, and I hope he changes that QB room as well. The guy who created Interstate battery is a UNT grad... wishing we could get him on the hook

True but I'm wondering if/hoping that WB knows someone from some place else to fill this slot since it hasn't been filled. That could lead to nice growth in terms of recent grads joining the MGC

I wasn't there but maybe you could answer. I would think yes the rehab will lead to better mobility, but I think rehab and some more weight room time would lead to having have power on his passes when he fully trusts that his lower body is healthy. With that being said, was he using his lower body to throw? I know it's not fair to put you on the spot, but just wondering if you and the coach watched it? or noticed anything I do think its worrisome about the HC being disappointed, but my hope with Izzy is its him being rusty and with him being in the JUCO rank that he may not have had the best coaching to break some old/bad habits?

I would assume that when WB came in, people that he would want were already locked into there jobs at other schools and weren't going to leave. The hires like Mosley, Peek, and the lady for the AD Budget (came from AAC conference, i believe) were in jobs that they were able to leave a lot easier than another schools AD Offices. I'm assuming that some people will not be back/ contracts renewed (if they are on contracts) as WB brings in his own people. I'm assuming like the GMC Director is a spot that he would want to bring in someone he has known from a previous stop that could/would lead to better relations with members in the GMC and lead to an increase in donations and membership.

LOL i guess... Honestly, WB has talked about how he likes to use social media and that to connect with people... People need to embrace it and if they are having issues bring it up to WB. Yes, he has been here 5 or 6 months, and he has done somethings and evaluated parts of the AD Office, but he isn't able to do everything. Letting the AD Office know about problems that we run into need to be passed on, if it minor stuff WB will pass it along and get it fixed, and if it something major he will have someone look into it, if not himself. We have to remember that he inherited this staff, and I would assume that we see some or alot of movement during the summer. I do agree and would think that replacing some people now would be good so you aren't training everyone completely from the start at the same time. But I would assume it may have to do with having to possibly a budget that people could be owed separation pay if they are fired/ laid off and he doesn't wanna pay them and hire someone as well (Just a thought but no idea how the hiring process works in these offices) But again, if people have problems with something in the AD Office, Email WB... he will reply back with a message or forward it to the correct person.. If that person, doesn't help then contact WB again. I think they meant UNT90
-
Also, I know its recent (and unlikely) and most likely doesn't affect the AD office but could the recent hiring freeze have something to do with these openings still possibly being open?
-
I haven't dealt with the ticket office, but for the most part everyone has had a good experience with them.. A few issues, but those were correct from posts people had made. So I'm assuming outside of this rumored no one picking up by 90, is it stuff in the ticket office? Emailing WB the problem or concern, will lead to you getting a reply back as well and you putting light on a problem that he or someone on the staff can/will fix.
-
Just to jump in because I'm wondering... But how does the hiring process work for the ticket office and other branches of the AD Office.. I'm assuming WB and Mosley and high ranking people are on contracts, but I'm also assuming that the person answering the phones is just someone random working for x dollars an hour without having a contract? What I don't get also, is everyone talked about how easy it was to renew/ buy HoD tickets and season tickets. I'm going to assume that they have less people working now because of the drop in # of sports and fans attending the sports that are currently going on.
-
Could it be that they answered the phone because they weren't doing anything? and UNT doesn't answer it because they are busy working? or maybe they just have a certain number blacklisted so it keeps ringing?
-
What was he before? OL and DL? or just DL?

Thanks, I couldn't track down his name.. was hoping and still hoping that having his brother here could work to help us. -
Don't discount Izzy... He was been working hard coming back from his ACL..

Such as what? The joke about reusing turf since people are so worried about budgets in the AD Office What contradicts what NS has said? That we will eventually be replacing the SP? The number of seats( where has NS said this?)
