I understand that, but the point I'm making is people on this board (not you) but others have been critical of us picking up 2* kids saying we need to go for higher ranked kids.. We have no idea what has or hasn't happened in terms of them recruiting the kid.. maybe they met with him and he said no way, maybe he doesn't fit into what they wanna do? Maybe they felt no chance and didn't jump in this late or maybe they favor guys like Bell to him at the Jack position.. Yes it's disappointing to not offer someone with this list, but we don't know what is going in the football recruiting 99.9% of the time. Us having no trust in this staff and questioning what is going will only lead to us digging ourselves into a deeper hole of mistrust and questions.

Are these speeches meant to be for "hard-working, pull yourself up by your bootstrap" people or influencial boosters? If SL can get UNT back to a bowl game and is picked up by Tech that likely means 8+ wins and I still doubt Tech would hire SL because he hasn't impressed in 1 area. Why would we be optimistic about WB hiring? He made a great hire that shocked many people here because of the buyout. Yes, we thought GMac was a candidate but idk how many of us actually thought it could happen. WB has done nothing to make us question his ability to hire a coach. He locked up the most success coach in the Athletic Dept. (soccer) and redid SL contract, which if he leaves will look even better because of the larger buyout.

I just want to see the defense dominate and the offense be good and consistent.. last year we saw way, way to many flashes of the offense that they have 1 solid/impressive drive then nothing for 2/3 quarterss. Find the OL that works and stick with it. Also, give Quinn and Izzy playing time and hopefully in the 4th it will be nothing but 2s and 3s. If they are not going to RS any freshman play them as much as possible.

I agree, but just having the OL (hopefully) coming around will lead to better QB production, and if needed better QB play if Fine can't produce.

I get the whole splash HC/OC but Kiffin isn't a coach we should want.. Yes he has had success other places but he hurt places more than he has improved them. Briles was someone looked at for the HC job at the time but was holding out for better than UNT, and the entire state likely knew about the Issues that have came to light in Waco. Kiffin is betting/hoping that Briles can bring in some talent with kids not being fully aware of what is happening at Baylor. It's been shown what Briles was willing to say anything to get guys on campus, and that won't work out long-term. Yes, SL and GH weren't major names and we have to remember GH is just becoming an OC, while Briles inherited it and likely knew it inside and out from his dad.also, it doesn't hurt when you hit on a QB like RG3. Yes we all would love to have a staff of bigger name guys And proven track records but SL has lost 4 coaches to P5 programs. Give me the UNT model over the soon to be imploding of the FAU program

Racheal Maddox saying she had Trumps tax returns, but turns out it was from years ago... MSM media is very bias and it's well known, with Republicans talking on Fox and Democrats on CNN/MSNBC... Studies have been done showing CNN/MSNBC were something like 90+% in negative coverage of Trump, with single digits in terms of positive.. Even fox had more of a % of negative coverage of Trump but it was something like 55% to 45% in negative to positive. The bashing Trump gets is ridiculous from the night he was elected.. Van Jones saying people are scared now was stupid, and honestly it would have been the other way around if HRC had won. Well it says trump fired people like Reince and Bannon, but yet they resigned.. You may think they were forced out but again it's been officially reported they resigned..
