Is there a promo code for tickets for the utsa game? I assumed there would have been but I did't see one when I went looking.
-
Oh yeah, very high possibility. Foot/ ankle injuries are tricky depending on what it is.

I wanted this kid, we need a bigger back for the short yardage plays -
I'll be real, 7-5 season is a success, I expect more now, but if you said 7-5 in June i would have paid for it!

well Fine puts 40+ on everyone, it's our secondary that we are worried about. I originally was planning a fun weekend trip to Colorado with the GF. Told her today we are tailgating and going to the UNT game instead! (She went to TWU and she was cool with it) Lets pack the house for this one!

They have alot of talent that kiffen brought in. They will be very tough, but that's for later talk. Lets beat the road runners first. Bye week is over and no more looking forward.

I like this kid! We should be at the top of the list looking at the offers. -
This mind of thought will get us nowhere. When buying a house celling height matters. Why because of the appeal, it applies here.

I like it but I'm a bit confused, why are we in the Carolinas?

Totally agree.. he's smarter than that.. what kid wants to go to El paso -
Sounds discouraging... Again, I have no clue of his actual injury but if he's not weight bearing yet I can't see him playing football at any level in 2 weeks. It usually takes 4-6 weeks for a bone to heal. The foot is tough. There are soooo many ligaments that could be damaged as well I can't say anything certain. I would have had my pts doing some pretty active exercises at this point if it were a simple break and no set backs. Hard to say without actually seeing it.

I'd say he returns to practice for the UTSA game maybe plays (probably not) im a physical therapist and I'm just using generic time lines but i could see him returning the following week
-
Bryce English should be getting pretty close to a healed bone in his foot. Without knowing anything about his injury typically it takes 4-6 weeks for a bone to heel and I think he's 4 weeks out now. He will be a huge lift when he's ready to go.

It's gonna be a rough rest of the season

Before we start calling someone a "dumb fuck" he had lots of merit to his grips. A 10 point fav let a lead slip away in mins and luckily won. Winnable and actually winning are different things. There's not one bit of need for that, especially after a win. But yet again it was a sloppy sloppy game that a more talented team would have taken advantage of. We have miles and miles to improve. I'm not even sure what your point was expect to name call. -
King looks like a player! I'm excited about him getting here.

Radio said excessive bleeding.

Fire the SP coach and tell him find his own way home

Looked like Fine had a positive lachmans test (ACL) :(

Our special teams is going to get us beat on winnable conference games
-
They definitely beat us in 2016. Nearly every 3 star never made it here. Stop making excuses for poor jobs done. Things will never change until we change that. You blindly following is great and all but not helpful with this particular issue. So if you're throwing "facts" out make sure they are aren't only telling your side on the surface. You can do better.
-
You're just wrong. Sorry

I think the staff knows the oline isn't very good, hence the gadget wildcat formation and the heavy focus on getting oline recruits. They have to play better or it's going to be a long season.

Ok so last night was pretty devastating, especially after the first 8 mins of the game. That being said I'm going to make so observations and bright spots because I've been exclusively negative since half time of yesterday. 1. Hamilton is a player! A true sophomore, by his Senior yr I could see some lawler type that SMU has. 2. Trevor Moore continues to be great and will be a huge weapon lost next year. 3. We are very young and hopefully this experience to our WR will be invaluable. 4. Nic Smith is a player and will be fine at the position after Wilson leaves ( doesn't matter who runs if there's nowhere to run) sorry I had to go slightly negative about the oline . Anyone else see some bright spots or building blocks?

To be fair.... Yeah he got his ass kicked, I'd say every play? Yeah gonna say every play he got his ass kicked by lawler.
