It's funny how students constantly complain that UNT doesn't have enough parking and UNT's response is to take away 2/3 of a lot lol

I'd really like to see all white with these chrome helmets for the UTEP game. I think the green on that uni combo are already kind of metallic/chrome-ish? I might be wrong though. I think it would look really nice regardless.

Attendance has always leaned on student participation. I will tell you this as a fresh alumni: Students have it ingrained in them that UNT football sucks. It's just the unfortunate fact. I enjoy free football so I went to a lot of the games anyway. But students tailgate, maybe go in for a quarter or 2, then head to parties. You'll need some solid years to get this thinking out of people's minds. Also, if you think UNT being a liberal arts/commuter school doesn't effect sporting event attendance, you're just fooling yourself.

For a team that went 1-11 last year we sure do a lot of complaining when things are going good but not great. Everything that is happening this year is gravy. Enjoy it.

Down starting QB, RB, and 2 WRs and still scored 29 when last year we struggled to score 3. Yeah fire him for sure.

UNT did a "black out" on Halloween a few years ago, complete with new uni debut, and it was the best atmosphere for a UNT sporting event I've been to (excluding HOD). Maybe the fact that it was Halloween had something to do with it but it was great. Then we all went to Fry after and got wild. I don't know why every program doesn't do these once a year. In regards to recruiting? Yes it does. Now if they don't play good, that's on the coaches. But in terms of getting great recruiting classes.. it absolutely works.

it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out. Kids wanna win, but when programs are relatively equal, it's who has the coolest stuff.. and we don't.

I will forever be in love with the HOD Bowl helmet. Considering they no longer use that design, I'm assuming it is expensive to make. But that carbon fiber look with the metallic eagle was.. damn

UNT 38 Rice 14 Rice QB has been pretty awful. 2 of the 3 games he's had a QBR of less than 30.. defense should have a good day.

here is the filter, or "geotag", the tweet was referring to. Basically, whenever people using snapchat are in a particular area, they can add these to their pictures. Professional teams like the Texas Rangers use them in a more advanced manner by having an updating score filter. Its just one one of those little things that would make the game experience better and more desirable for students and recruits.

I was tailgating in Fouts lot. I'd say 75% of SMU fans I saw did not show up until 30-45 minutes before kickoff. That probably didn't help things in terms of will call.

I got up to the entrance by The Hill 10 minutes before kickoff with tickets in hand. I got in, bought a beer, and sat down all before the team even came out of the tunnel. I thought it was a smooth experience considering the amount of people trying to get in at the time.

Anyone know when single game tickets go on sale? I would love to get season tickets but: a) I know I won't go to every home game and b) I'm still a new alumni and loan payments ain't cheap
