They absolutely deserve all the praise for that season, but they sure do get a lot of leeway for that singular year. I guess we forget how bleh all the other ones were. I also think there is some strong recency bias showing right now. People are forgetting how bad 2015 was. I had never felt as low being a fan of ANY team as I did after Portland State. This year (and last) doesn’t even compare.

At this point, Seth’s salary is of little concern. It is what it is. Continued crying about it is wasted effort. Either he figures it out and we’re happy once again, or he’s gone in 2023.

If Bean can’t hit a receiver on a simple slant, please just try something else. I don’t care how fast he is. You HAVE to make that throw

If he hits the TE in stride, it’s a big gain. Instead, we barely get a hand on it and have to punt. Huge swing.

“Bottom feeders” seems like a bit of an over exaggeration. Underachieving? Absolutely. Even will all the moaning and groaning around here lately, they’re still 3-4 in conference play with no real QB. Let’s see how these top recruiting classes progress.
