    It would be a great problem to have and one that I'm sure has never crossed the ADs mind lol but the realistic answer is the wing is probably not close to full and they would just open that up.

    AD released a timeline yesterday. 4 Apache helicopters doing a flyover around 2:20. Also if it interests you, the Army band performing at 12p at Mean Green Live (the hill).

    It'll be close. REALLY hoping for a good student turnout because when they pack in, the stadium looks so much fuller.

    50k jump from the FAU game. Ratings are a joint effort for both fanbases. When you take out their OU and K State games, not like Tulane been killing it either. Not an unique problem to UNT.

    TCU and SMU have no interest playing us. They know we have squads on their level and wont risk the loss.

    Another dude that took the quick payday over the playing time. Hope these guys are being at least somewhat smart with this money. It’s getting sad. And this is just examples from UNT. Someone much more qualified and smarter than me is going to put together the numbers across college football and have a hell of a story.

    Well the AD actually went out and tried to sell tickets to Wyoming. They put the work in. Then expected since it was homecoming against a good team, it would just happen. Not how it works around here as of now. I don’t see why they didn’t make “Sellout DATCU” a season long campaign goal rather than a single game.

    The too long, didn’t listen notes were Coach Morris is fed up with the defense too.

    Defense gave up 8 yards a play. 6 on the ground alone. We were never ever going to win that game no matter what the offense did.

    No really surprising. ESPNU is not a good ratings channel to begin with. In week 5, USF v Tulane only drew 41k on the U and they weren't going up against a top 5 matchup I'm more interested to see this weeks numbers.

    Got to make sure my dogs see the game so of course I'll have ESPN2 going for them.

    Sure but you don't want to fill your OOC schedule with a handful of teams in the 200-300 level. You're right that there is no excuse for being this close to the start without a schedule ready though. But if it takes up the last second to get App State in Denton rather than Alcorn State, I'm okay with that.

    Ah I gotcha. Agreed. At the end of the day, gotta have willing parties. Balancing act with scheduling home and homes vs buy games I’m sure. Feels like we’re trying to level up our opponent quality and some of them just have no interest in coming to Denton.
