March is dominated by guard play. If we are back in the dance, UNT can upset anyone as long as Tylor is healthy.

I don’t put much weight into it. Basketball recruiting is strange to me. Some years you may only have one commit and some you may have several.

Question for those that have paid attention more than me... are ODU, Marshall, and SoMiss saying “here’s the buyout money, we’re out.” and Judy and crew are saying hell no? Or are they just trying to dip without penalties?

Damn. Local business sells out of wildly popular tshirt and has to order more? Crazy.

Just a side bar convo. Wanted to get something different in front of people that they might enjoy. Should’ve known better with all the “GREEN OR DIE” folks.

So basically 4 pages of the same shirt? Idk if you know this about business, but you sell what it is in demand. And Voertmans had issues previously with selling merchandise that was nothing but generic T-shirts. So they branched out to other shirt types, designs, etc. Seems to work since they’re already down to less than 20 of these limited run shirts.

It’s not that deep. They’re just trying to do some one-off fun limited run shirts.. And they’re a book store that primary services college students. Naturally, they’re gonna have a wide variety of shirts. Are they suppose to have nothing but green shirts with eagles on them?

It’s a remake of a shirt from the 80s.

For those that like a good throwback but with some modernization

I wouldn’t call it a whiff.. they’ve grabbed some kids that could make some type of an impact immediately. I think we all would have loved for that big name QB or more depth pieces but I don’t hate what they have (so far).

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the totality of this class means very little to me. Do I hope they signed a few kids that can ball? Absolutely. But the only thing that matters is what the coaching staff does this coming season. And hs freshman weren’t impacting that. Whoever the coach is in 2023.. I expect that class to be substantially better than this one.

I dont get this thought that we have a mass exodus on our hands… what have we truly lost? Outside of the twins, some grad transfers and guys that haven’t cracked the rotation? Unless you’re Bama, Georgia, etc, teams have down recruiting cycles all the time. UTSA which everyone loves to compare us to? 2 years ago they had the 9th ranked class in CUSA. It happens. The upcoming season is really all that matters at this point. If we have a great year, should translate into recruiting wins. Bad year? Well everyone gets their wish of a new coach.

Also was a long time UNT commit until the P5s came knocking. It’s fair to judge Seth on his recruiting success. What isn’t fair is comparing him to a theoretical HC.

*whispers* I don’t HATE it. Here’s the deal, any QB coach worth a damn was not going to come here without assurances that Seth would be here long term. And I think we all agree barring a miracle, he won’t. Have to imagine that Quinn (if he returns) will be heavy involved in QB coaching.

Well I can’t speak for any past interactions but no one has said anything to him tonight.

Their dad on Twitter is cracking me up. The comeback to them having a lot of personal foul calls? “Not 1 penalty in a close game”. Haha if that’s how you wanna look at it. Gotta laugh to mask pain sometimes.

Really wish he would've got a shot on the field. Hope he finds a place he'll get a real shot bc kid has so much passion for the game.. it was fun just to see him on the sidelines. Always trying to be that energizing voice. Good luck Kason!

A ton of knee jerk reactions going on here. Wren has already stated how facilities expansion/improvement is extremely important and the top priority prior to AAC integration. Simmer down, folks.

The fact that he gave the nod to Ruder after being on campus a couple months (?) kind of proves he's wanting someone else to step up. I just want anyone other than Aune starting Day 1. Even that person fails, try someone else.. if you have to, go thru the entire QB room. Another year of Aune might as well signal the last year of Littrell.. and I think Seth knows that.

I'd imagine he'll field some calls about coming back for next season. Refresh and get that passion back.

Man, look at the difference between these 2 recruiting photo shoots. I get that TCU has more resources but it shouldn't be this huge of a difference. I really hope things like this are upgraded along with the athletic center/facility.

Based on what I’ve seen, he does a Twitter search every now and then, retweets any offers, then if a kid commits, asks them to follow so he can DM. Rinse and repeat. I do find it hilarious that he does so little verifying that he can easily get fooled by a fake recruit from a video game.
