    I’m not taking anything away from any of these games until we have Perry and Jones back. We are effectively down 5 of our top 7 players from last year.

    Depends on who you ask I suppose. I feel like the school wants to see hardware. I’d guess a (competitive) conference championship appearance and bowl win buys him some time. But in reality, anything short of a conference championship should be a “thanks for everything but we’re moving on”.

    The current schedule looks tough enough as it is. I’d guess the AD will want to get an easy/winnable game.

    Let’s say UNT finishes the season with a conference championship appearance (maybe win?) and a bowl win.. they go into the next season with momentum and get to open play against a P5 school. The last time a P5 school came to Denton? 2011. Might get that elusive Apogee sell out.

    Aside from the obvious on court problems, it’ll never cease to amaze me that we have such an awesome RTVF program yet our broadcasts are on par with some high schools. It’s so so bad and kind of embarrassing.

    This isn’t a new thing. RV was AD when I was a student and the only thing that was on campus that would signify we had a game that weekend was a ticket trailer outside of Willis.

    Seems like Seth (and the Mean Green) have the support of some former players. I’ve seen a few of them change their profile pics to Seth today

    With all due respect to Ms Jackson, I call bs on this. It’s been a minute for me but Greek life used to have homecoming competitions that included float building. In fact, many student orgs built floats. Seems pretty student engaging to me.

    As far as NIL merch goes, the JS logo sweatshirt is solid. Some of these guys that release their own merch really could use a design second opinion.

    UNT has been very good at finding talent around the margins in the Littrell era. The current roster has a TON of talent.. and seems like they might be putting it together at the right time.
