    Yes, definitely situation based. Unless that athlete is in the top 1% of their sport, I don’t see the value of our NIL(s) investing in anything outside of football and men’s basketball.

    Rooting for SMU purely bc I don’t want to set G5 precedent that you can have LITERALLY the easiest schedule in all of college football and get a NY6 bid. Sucks it had to be SMU but trying to think long term here.

    That’s fine if that’s how they want to play it. But when you have the school directly promoting the collective, need to make it clear and easy how to donate. Feel like UNT has always been a school for the “little guys” so I’m happy to continue donating to MGC bc I like their approach of “no donation too small”.

    Off topic but still regarding NIL. I was just looking at this and spot the difference between our 2 NILs. Shout out to the MGC for making it extremely easy to support our athletes.

    Same here. Watching Tony in the rec center was a spiritual experience. The way he was used by Benford always annoyed me.

    Hoping to see ALOT of Christian Moore and Alex Cotton. Would be nice of the NCAA to give Walker approval so he can get some run before the schedule starts to toughen up.

    It’s *SO* early to predict what we’ll look like next year but if we have offensive continuity and get even marginally better on defense, it’s not crazy to think we’d jump to 8-10 wins. 2024 conference schedule much more favorable than this years.

    Amazing how bad we can stomp teams when the shots fall. Tough start to the tourney but proud of the guys for staying engaged and taking care of business today.
