I’ve listened to these guys before. For G5 programs, not worth the listen. I don’t think they learned until recently that Aune wasn’t the QB last year.

As someone who has seen Buzzballz in stores for a long time, usually collecting dust on a gas station shelf, I’m really curious what happened to make them take off recently like this. Cool to see it was a local that started the business.

My issue is that every Nike team has the same uni. Copy/paste the template then add a logo to the collar. I liked the subtly of the previous green jerseys. Mean Green across the front with a feather design in the numbers which only really becomes notable on close ups. If the only thing that changed was the color going to Kelly Green, I would have given this an A++. Overall, they’re fine. But like you said, establish an identity and stick with it. If they’re going to stick with this color/style for a while, I’m cool with that.

New ones are fine. Old ones had more uniqueness to them though.

I thought his mom’s post on Twitter was kinda strange. They were looking for a place to show “all” his talents. She made a point to put the all in quotes. Makes me wonder what they meant by that because he was poised to be the go-to guy and leader next year. Guess we’ll never know.

Doubtful. But I do think he put more thought into it than some of his other former teammates. Chose the best BASKETBALL fit. He’ll do well there with insane exposure to the next level.

Skilled bigs are hard to find in college basketball. This could be fun.

I hope Drez plays on the TBT team this year. Would love to watch him play in green again.

Next season will be fun. We’re going to learn a lot about Ross’ talent evaluation and what kind of team he wants. I’m excited in that regard.

I didn’t have Calipari going to Ark meaning we’d lose our top recruit on my bingo card.

Saw this on Twitter and I fully agree. Put your money to tangible improvements. These kids may leave after a year but that new arena will be around for the next generation. Instead of getting in a bidding war while the NCAA figures out this NIL stuff, improve the program as a whole.
