Well the 12th is 3 weeks out and no replacement. Looks more like a open date. If this season is completed, 11 games vs 12 games could come back and haunt NT. But we'll see!

I'm thinking it's a priority to fill that open weekend. If this season is pulled off, 12 games might play into rankings and any other positive play. Yea...and the COVID may stop everything but who knows how this plays out.

It was the hype that NT was pushing nationally and most everyone bought into it..hence the Pre-mature Gloat. I believe if you go back, on this board it was brought up multiple times our questionable offensive and defensive lines. Perhaps if we had won our conference and won our bowl that previous year that hype might have been warranted. I have no problem with the AD and his department pushing recognition of our student athletes. Last season was a bust after all that preseason hype and IMO why we are ranked where we are.

The "Mean Green Nation" as a whole had pre-mature gloat. When you start pushing one of your players for the Heisman you better have most of your pieces in place. When you bomb as bad as NT did...this is the respect you get.

I don't think he has ever had the personnel in place on the offensive line to do what he's wanting to do. Hopefully, he's getting there but I don't expect it this year. Hope he proves me wrong.

So how many season tickets have been sold this year...7000? What was it last year? I only know one person for sure that has paid for his tickets. If NT sold 7000 season tickets during the dreaded COVID19 pandemic I think that would be outstanding since it seems many on this board have continually stated there will be NO football season. To much turmoil at the moment and too many questions evolving around college athletics. Turn on the bilge pumps and hang on.
