I'll throw it out there.. 31-24 NT. Assuming "The COVID" doesn't strike.
-
Big game for both schools...it will be a good game. Especially if NT pulls it out and beats the odds. I'm glad we're the underdog.
-
UTSA wins against what seems like a USM team in free fall....NT has a good chance to pull this off and win in SA. https://www.mysanantonio.com/sports/college_sports/utsa/article/McCormick-scores-two-touchdowns-helps-UTSA-grind-15745353.php

Perhaps there's more interest in the SBC.......
-
At this point in the season I just want to see them play....
-
Your funny guy...its not only NT leadership it's obviously wide spread lack of forward thinking. That little school south of us in Dallas is one of several schools whose leadership figured it out. And if NT wants to cancel the season...no skin off my back. I'll just write off my season tickets as a donation to the athletic department. You sound like my "Know it All" kids ...

So SMU, LIBERTY, Marshall and ULa to name a few have played 6 or more games this season. There are teams doing something right......or real lucky.
-
Didn't seem to affect there play with UTEP...

Is Playing As An Independent an Option?

Just move forward from where we are at now. Guess FSU used NTSU as a stepping stone https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metadc272165/ -

Hugh Freeze makes Two Million a year...one of the top 10 paid G5 coaches in the country. You'll need some deep pockets to get him out of Liberty. -
And how is that? I guess your comment towards my opinion is mature?? Oh I forget you are probably intolerant of others opinions.

When a organization fails we can make all the excuses in the world. But the old saying is still true..."The buck stops here" in regards to leadership and responsibility. Course in this day no one wants to take responsibility for failure. I find it interesting that there are programs that apparently are more disciplined and playing every weekend. Just my opinion...

They will need to be picked up by a P5 conference to be in the Nat'l Champ conversation. -
Surely the conference scheduled this game...I can't believe the NT AD would be responsible for this kick off time....I35 at rush hour(s) going north out of Dallas????...lol.
-
Makes me dread the UAB game assuming it doesn't get cancelled.
-
How bout basketball, softball, and soccer to name a few.

https://wpde.com/news/local/ccu-football-is-now-the-highest-nationally-ranked-program-in-sun-belt-history Coastal Carolina?? Sun Belt??? Seems The Sun Belt Conference moves forward and CUSA is spiraling out of control..

This game will depend on who shows up....for both teams. LaTech lost to UTSA but beat UAB.....They seem to look like alot of football programs right now. Who knows which team will show up....
-
I view announcers on TV referring to North Texas State as a dig. I don't mind the use of NTSU as a historical reference but in today's college athletics I feel North Texas as more appropriate. As far as names on the back of jerseys ...would appreciate it since numbers change etc and I've yet to pick up a game day program at one of this year's football games that would help in whose who ..maybe I'm just running late and they run out.....

You've obviously never stayed anytime at the border. I'm not talking about illegals I'm talking about the 1000's that come across Texas borders legally daily. They work here, some attend public schools here....go to a Wal-Mart in the valley at Christmas..lol. They will not be turned away from a emergency room and will be given health care...

Having worked with the Border Patrol in the Rio Grande and Del Rio Sectors and having visited several times the El Paso Sector my question would be how many hospitalized in El Paso are Mexican Nationals? The valley at one point was in the same situation...guess what...... Would you rather be hospitalized in Mexico or the US? UTEP needs to find a site where it can play football and basketball safely cause these upticks are going to continue all along the border till a vaccine becomes available.
