I'm inclined to agree except for one counter point: Seth's ass MUST be in the hot seat. Accountability is everything. He has no fear of his job, he's got 6+ mil guaranteed coming in, and it shows. We shouldn't fire a coach after a bad season, but the coach needs to fear for his job after a bad season. The power is all on with the coaches (in g5) at the moment. We are treating them like p5 materials, and that's where their eyes are

There is no phase of the game where we look reasonably decent. Slow defense with soft coverage. Non-existent offense. Special teams hasn't made a terrible showing tonight, but only a matter of time given the rest of the season. How does a team plummet this far after showing so much promise the past 2 seasons???

We were embarrassed. By a g5 team. At home. That benched its best players. On what should have been our best team and season. There needs to be some accountability for our million dollar man. Not saying we need to fire Seth. But I'd like to see some fire in Seth. Instead it's mumble after mumble of coach speech. I'm not convinced this is college football's future coach.
