That pretty much nails the issue. In certain light, it looked amazing. But with the low quality and contrast of the cameras...was hard to see anything. Hope to see these again with quality production equipment/personnel

It would be ignorant of me to say we aren't on a slow upward trajectory. I love seeing the conference wins stacking up. My only concern is that we aren't spending CUSA money. We are already spending American money and no where near competing with the existing schools yet. The players have a lot of passion, and I think (despite the QB woes) we have the bones of a great team. Bring in a coach that can continue that upward trajectory beyond SLs ceiling, keep the team ignited, and I think we can light it up. Seth isn't that guy. He should be lucky to make a quarter of what he does at another bottom feeder school with these results.

Pretty sure most of us are waiting to crash hard, get into a cushy rehab, emerge as a new person who totally will have their life on track with a new coach just to wake up in a basement the next season surrounded by a bunch of cheap vodka and green food coloring

Yards per game put him around the 30s, much more realistic. Still better than expected though, so hooray? Quarterback rating: 76th. About what I'd expect. Useless metrics make me sad.

Yet I've seen that catch made dozens of times... So maybe the WR just... Didn't handle it? Its ok to be down in a player. But its an illusion to blame him for other players faults

Truth of it is only 7 of those 21 points they earned on turnovers was completely Aune's fault. He did a reasonable job otherwise, in fact one of his better performance. WR juggling the ball was something they should be expected to catch. The cute fumble play was on team execution. I'm no Aune fan, but those were team failures not QB failures
