Not going for it. Morris is essentially a CEO, and a very well paid one, to take over an organization and build on it. Any CEO would have already been run out of the company on his golden parachute if they took a reasonable organization and completely turned it unprofitable in 10 months. We hired him to improve the program, and it's almost worse than ever. Bad decisions up front with the promise that maybe it will get better don't play anywhere else... and we customers shouldn't accept it. I don't care if he might be a good hire 3 years from now. This staff is bad now.

Good questions, and good answers. Damon has some strong presence, really good presentation and dialogue. I still want to believe... but Morris has always said the right thing and hasn't provided results, which is what scares me.

What's the intent here? Did you want to keep Seth? He hit his peak. We needed to keep moving up. Morris apparently isn't the answer. But neither was keeping Seth. So... just... What is the point?

Mosley needs to be looking beyond Morris now. Let him build his team and plan the next hire in 3 years. That's our only path forward now. Hope Eric cackles maniacally every time they deposit his paycheck.

Perspective is also important. Rogers did look better, but against FIU. Against Cal, not so much. Stone is capable of some bombs, but these interceptions tell me the decision making is suspect. I have no idea which to start after that. I am still leaning Stone to give him breathing room to learn.

This is 100% the definition of rolling a turd in glitter and calling it neat. No. Just, no. This game had little to no positive takeaways. It was bad football start to finish. I watched every second.
