  1. Haven't seen any of the Hogs games, but if we contain and continue to throw that pigskin for severally hundred yards again this game, we'll put a "W" notch in our stick for this one, praise the Man Jesus.
  2. Now that's a good read. My football weenie is going crazy. Brett's prediction will come to pass...and North Texas' QB will pass for several more hundred yards in a historical game for lil old North Texas. Feeling the love B.V... Go Mean Green
  3. What about in the Grapevine Colleyville Southlake area?
  4. If we can't improve up front Fayetteville could get ugly. Leaders on the offensive line need to step forward and make a difference, example.
  5. Like that old 80’s Depeche Commode song, I just can’t get enough... E525C8C3-EA20-4D37-B377-829B403772C9.MOV
  6. In contrast, watching the last game on Stadium this week, Fine is another coach on the field - appears almost like he was telling the sideline what play to run, he wanted to go for it on fourth down at least once that I saw, and he was constantly telling everyone what to do and where to line up...how lucky indeed. I'll say it again - gotta keep him healthy, hate to even mention it out loud... Go Mean Green
  7. And it appeared to me that our opponent was focused on just that - talking trash, attempting to injure, in our players' faces...
  8. Posting this again, SMU’s head man towards the end of the 3rd quarter last Saturday...will it be a long inaugural season for the Dykes era in Dallas? 34966CDB-E41F-442B-8AE7-ADB429169569.MOV
  9. Here’s coach Dykes at the end of the 3rd quarter. BA9ED4EE-D564-4492-A693-8770D2F2B833.MOV
  10. Watching the game on Stadium now...several loss of yardage offensive plays, backs being tackled for a loss behind the line of scrimmage. Need more consistencey getting to that second level running the football. On a second note, looks like the SMU defenders continue to try and injure Mason Fine... if running the ball becomes difficult this season, pressure on the QB will mount, need to keep QB injury free to be successful
  11. Has to be those two players from Eastern Mississippi they offered at the end of season two of Last Chance U. Dig that show.
  12. What are the odds?
  13. Let's open every season against each other, would be great to see that happen.
  14. Good effort offensively, if the offense could convert half of those field goals it would 've been a more productive effort. Clean up some things and let's keep those sacks to a minimum.
  15. Would've been great to post a goose egg, need to clean up some things, but for three quarters the defense looked good - proud of our players for puttin' a whuppin' on them ponies. Great crowd.
  16. The line was OU by 18.5. Blew that out...
  17. Ah, the good ol' days of Fouts Field battling bugs from the flood lights, remember them well...
  18. The latest ad I heard on the ticket removed the "hated" term, sounds more respectful.
  19. Reduced number of times Fine is sacked.
  20. Good write-up. Here's to praying we decrease the number of times he's sacked this season - we need to keep Mason Fine healthy, what a great student-athlete.
  21. That would be something special to be 2-0 heading into Hog country. Our series is extremely lopsided in Arkansas' favor - it's about as good a time as ever to put a W notch on our side of the stick. And let's keep Mason Fine healthy, used to call these games Body Bag Games for a reason. Go Mean Green
