We fired Littrell for Littrell light. SL beat Army on the road with a true freshman QB in the rain with another coaches recruits coming off a 1 win season.

The first DB penalty was a horrible call. The second saved a TD and resulted in them getting zero points. Try finding other things to gripe about like the offense doing absolutely nothing.

Had we taken the FG early on, we'd at least be a TD and 2-point conversion away from tying but unless we get a quick score and stop, it's over.

Ball in left hand so I think he was short but I understand not overturning.

You know what good job on the PI because they won't be close enough for a risky attempt at a TD and they were already in FG range.

Not taking the 3 points on our second drive is looking like it may cost us. Repeat of Navy last year.

I always wonder how many holds teams like Army get away with considering how many interior runs they have. Also that is not PI.

No room to only be good as you said. Sadly I'd argue our offense is not even playing good right now. Good offenses don't have four 4th down attempts in two possessions.

Stop you're going to anger the "mah stats" crowd. Being able to convert from the 1 is the difference between good and great.

Game shows to be on B1G+ which is 12.99 per month. Hopefully there's other options for the local UNT fans. I get tired of subscribing and canceling to random streaming services. To add, I dislike scheduling opponents who will only offer live streaming through their service. I'd rather play a smaller midmajor on ESPN+ than Minnesota. Oh well.

I didn't watch the entire game as I fell asleep but what I saw of Cotton was encouraging. Looked a little lost at times and he had a 30 second fight with his headband during play but he looks like he'll quickly become a contributing member of the rotation with experience. What's nice is he and Mason both got early minutes in what was a close game. Hoping that continues so they're ready for conference play. Now we just need another big to step up. Need more offense on the interior.

They've started a transfer from Michigan State the past few games and he's been on fire. They had 35 points and 418 yards of offense in the first half alone.
