  1. If you ask me, we haven't been the same since Coach JW St. Clair left.
  2. Vito's weren't terrible, but the NT Daily's (I assume, since he sounded the youngest) were. The first question was more of a statement (or he was answering the question himself), which is why SL didn't understand at first. It sounded like NT Daily already had an article written about getting folks "on board", and just needed to fill in some quotes. Like @aztecskin mentioned, both offenses are similar, so it would be an interesting avenue to explore. Can we defend against our own system? et cetruh et cetruh
  3. So that's why that NBC van was parked over there.
  4. Through 5 games (via MaxPreps and @UNTLifer). Pearson has nearly matched his totals from last year. Player Comp Att %Cmp Yds Yds/Att TDs Yds/G Pearson 75 118 63.6% 1237 10.48 15 247.4 Blosser 84 121 69.4% 1512 12.50 23 302.4 (hope formatting works)
  5. Never give me the odds! And other cliches.
  6. The F is engaged in a block with the DT that twisted into his gap, and can't release until the DT begins to run after Fine. The pass play is a three step drop, the draw is one step go, the read pass option begins with the handoff. When he begins his run, the gap he ends up choosing isn't even open yet. I mean, I *could* be mistaken, and he decided to bail after every receiver was covered. Either way, took grit and probably a little bit of pain.
  7. *ahem* For the center it's a 3 mi'ssippi count after the snap http://meangreennation.com/air-raid-concepts-y-stick/
  8. Yeah I'm starting to take a closer look. It seems that MTSU has faced some poor offenses early on. Now that they are entering conference play, it may even out. That La Tech QB, tho. Averaging 408 yards per game.
  9. Pass D, they're good. Around best in the league, with us slightly behind (nearly identical, really). Rush D they are slightly better than us (they're middling). They're 3rd best in the league in points allowed. I think the key is to shut down their run game, which they have an efficient one.
  10. MTSU has to shoot themselves in the foot for us to win. They have one of the best defenses in the league and one of the best offenses in the league. We're just not there yet. Marshall is unknown. They put up a lot of points, but they also allow a LOT of points through the air. That game has a chance to be a high-scoring, limo-drivin, toss-up.
  11. Murray struggled against Bethune Cookman, too. Pass blocking was very bad. He's young and very big. Needs a little bit more time.
  12. *Insert Belichickian statement here*
  13. I hope you find my voice annoying as well. I like to fit in.
  14. "Hey everyone, don't forget I am a fan of a better team!" You're still G5, champ.
  15. I burned some serious calories tonight
  16. HORCHATAAAAAA
  17. Rice employs the horizontal passing game with the option as well. I'll guess that Stehling gets about 60-80 yards on the ground, Dillard may break 100. If German has the ball, it's more than likely a keeper, so tackle accordingly fellas. Oh, and let's make some horchata! #SoFetch
  18. there's an e-mail on the top of the front page for the assistant AD. Very responsive guy.
  19. Damn that's a good idea. Neigh, it's great.
  20. What's 10% of nothin? Wait let me do the math here...carry the zero...
  21. Hey I didn't fight in no war.
