  1. I think the FB had lost his helmet the previous play, iirc
  2. Suspending drunk law breakers for half a game since 2016 - 45 Actually holding players accountable - 31
  3. Come back when you finally beat ASU. I know you'll get em one day, slugger.
  4. I thought 70% completion for 27/38 257 yards, 1 TD (and another TD called back on that phantom call) was decent enough offense. What is not decent is the uncharacteristic 2 INTs and the fumble that pooped out of his hands and lack of run game. While Fine can't put the game on his back like Wilson can, he still moved the offense. I agree only getting Wilson 43 yards on 19 carries is terrible (40yds on 12 in the second half), but they got him 44 yards on 4 receptions, and Ivery 2 receptions and 18 yards. So my points are: Offense wasn't terrible. Turnovers were terrible and back breaking. They got running backs involved in passing game when running didn't work Getting stuffed in the run game is not excusable
  5. Kenny Buyers had 1 (almost 2 TDs) in the slot. Thaddeous Thompson made some great catches out of the slot.
  6. Getting to 4-4 must feel really good I guess. Welcome to not a losing record again.
  7. Aha! Ad block had to be turned off.
  8. Purchased the day pass and am on the page, but just see a blank green space above the score and statmeter. Am I in the wrong spot?
  9. I actually liked Superman IV.
  10. I think he was just highlighting those depts that have some sort of connection to Athletics
  11. Jarveon can break one, but he's generally an inefficient runner. Jalen Rhodes is one who we have to focus on.
  12. We lead the league in passes defended, INTs, opponent QB rating, passing TDs allowed, %comp allowed, #2 for y/attempt allowed, #2 y/game allowed. Stockstill is one of the best/most productive in the nation. Richie James is one of the best/most productive receivers in the nation. I'Tavius Mathers is one of the best/most productive running backs in the nation. We've been tested.
  13. I'll half agree with you there. Like you said, our run game is our best aspect, and Littrell knows that. As an OC, his teams' pass/run ratios varied based on personnel. Littrell wanted to attack the Army defense through the air (air force joke in there) bc of something they saw on film. Smiley, Willie were getting open. The plays were working, Fine was just off. The previous 3 games, Fine was 61.3%, 3TD, 0 INT, 244 yards/g. So I don't think it was lack of faith in personnel (going into the game). It's possible that Littrell forced the script in the first half, but they only had a few minutes to do so. Just glad the staff is aware/good enough and made the [proper] adjustments.
  14. UTSA hasn't faced a pass defense quite like ours.
  15. Not going to lie, I would go to that.
  16. Too soon?
  17. And I don't see Roy Orbison doing any of those things, so good on George.
  18. Jenkins', Brooks', McClain's, and Gray's pregame routine:
  19. Kudos to them for having the foresight
  20. Our offense scored 4 times, generated 320 yards of total offense. Passing was 6.9 yards per att. Rushing was 6.1 yards per attempt. All that in 22 minutes.
  21. That place is fowl
  22. ACC souf campus?
  23. I mean, I'd rather eat actual food, but to each their own.
  24. Our defense is better at attacking the QB than theirs.
