  1. I guess that answer's @BTG_Fan1's question. Werk.
  2. Not sure either, but I love his sick Uncle Rico move
  3. I guess what I mean is, there is not TE in the offense any more. The only position switch Kelvin experienced was going from TE in McCarney era to inside receiver in Littrell era. Or as MGNation92 said, also can be an H-Back out of the backfield. Not sure what position switch is being referenced. By coaches? ETA: Not questioning, just curious. This Air Raid scheme doesn't necessarily use traditional inline TEs. But if they're going to add them for jumbo packages, for example, I'm for it.
  4. In this offense there are inside receivers (Y and "A") and outside receivers (X and Z). The Kelvin Smith type inside receiver lines up in the Y spot, while your (*depending on the play*) smaller shiftier players will play in the A. So while they *could* be TE size, think big possession receivers like Thadd Thompson that are always flexed. They typically attack the LBs over/under the middle, but sometime flare along the hashes for a Divide route (see K Smith TD below). Smith (Y) runs the divide while Buyers (A) runs the corner smash to the left.
  5. Come back when you win a bowl game. For the first time. Ever. Also, why aren't you on your own board? Oh right cause it sucks.
  6. My dark horse will be Jaelon Darden. Excited to see how he does fall camp. Not the same kind of player.
  7. Don't think he could have caught it, but he was in a position to become a defender. ETA: I've lost track of what we were talking about.

  9. If I hear one complaint about "uniform talk" I swear to Kanye...
  10. Rutherford had nearly that identical stat line just in the HOD Bowl. (pssst he's 6'5") Jefferson's production last year was for 11th best on the team, behind many underclassmen.
  11. at Kansas State 2012 iirc. I think.
  12. You are correct, but alas...
  13. Today is the shadow of tomorrow, today is the present future of yesterday You got my day started right!
  14. I understand your frustration in the audible, but it was designed to go to Goree and no one else. Thompson never really looks for the ball, either. We're telling you what the play is, not our opinion.
  15. And the person who was almost-right-but-still-wrong-just-a-season-off-but-same-team was @TreeFiddy
  16. Oh yeah and that Russian spy ship off the coast of Connecticut?
  17. Buzzing of US patrol in Black Sea http://freebeacon.com/national-security/russian-jets-buzzed-u-s-destroyer/ Missile test, Ukraine re-engagements. Russia's busy.
  18. How many conference championships and bowl appearances did Dodge have?
  19. It would have given us an interception in the middle of the field, instead of the sideline. Do you not see the guy lined up in front of Thompson? Frame 1 - defensive back lined up 5 yards in front of Thompson, in man to man Frame 2 - defensive back looks at Morris pulling back to throw, cheats toward the middle of the field Frame 3 - Morris fully underthrowing a pass by one yard that Goree subsequently doesn't fight for The play was for Goree the whole way, to let him fight for the ball. That's what big boys do. They lost that battle.
  20. Y'all need to dig deeper on these matchups and dig up the truth #StayWoke
  21. this was the INT on 4th and 1 Before the pass, Thompson was covered. Once Morris started passing, the db disengaged Thompson.
