Wonder if my UNT dri fit with khakis counts as business casual...

It's not like students ever really venture into the city other than to the nearest Wal-Mart. Many keep knocking these towns on a personal level. Lafayette is a bad ass town with tons of culture. El Paso (big city) has got some good food, lots of culture. San Antonio is a big city with lots to offer, and again has culture (cept it's hot). Etc etc. Lot of these places have identity and culture, and on a subconscious level some kids are attracted to that identity and culture.

'15 ATH D'Aundrey Bradley (Cedar Hill)

Agreed. This kid is very quick off the blocks, and just looks strong. Teach him route running and in a couple years I think he'll be solid. -
at 6'5" 290, that would be a big get for us. Get it? Big... For real though, he would be a great pass lane and run lane stuffer.
-
This kid has some poise for having only about 3 seconds before the pocket collapses. Has got some zip with 10-15 yds, but his accuracy needs some work on the deeper balls. Nice footwork.

Interesting...tight end...measurables there too.

The best player(s) to play college football from your high school?

Austin LBJ High School ("HOF" site) The only name I can quickly recall off that list is Chris Houston DB Arkansas (Falcons, then Lions) Oh and not football, but Ray Jackson. Michigan. -
This one was actually kinda funny.

A great hire with big boy league experience. He will bring that big boy league knowledge here. That excites me.

This is all I can think of while reading some of these comments

oh pff my bad. Didn't see the dates were already set for those.

Don't we usually begin the season with an OOC game, or has that just been recently?

A look back at the key contributors from UNT’s 2014 signing class

Greer isn't "nice"? -
There are a lot of reasons for this move, but I think it's a positive one. Also: It's the economy, stupid. Historically, enrollment increases during hard times, decreases when times are good. The economy is really picking up, and I'm sure enrollment the past couple years hasn't met projections. Definitely a means to increase a money base, but the top 20% doesn't include idiots. Also, what greenit said about building the law school, the situation with UNTHSC, the medical school, these are all direct actions taken by UNT to reach Tier 1 status. Which, imo, it has been doing with blinders on. But all this is meant to appeal to a broad base of people (humanities and hard sciences). Great music program, math, psychology, teaching, computer science, etc. I had no idea what I wanted when I was 18.

Proposed Bill could leave ODU's FBS status in question

Academics comes first for students and student athletes. $1,429 seems egregious to me (and a little lazy). They have 24K students, with $180 million in endowments, according to wikipedia. (UNT at $124 million). I wonder how that tuition compares to other schools in the same price range. Makes me wonder about their AD... -
Hey the more the merrier. And no we can't make them all DEs.

With Antonio Brown still doing KR/PR, I'm sure they would love to have someone else do it. Brelan will have to show he can hang with Dri Archer. After Brown, Bryant, and Wheaton, there's not a whole lot of depth on the PIT roster. Hopefully he can carve out a ST role, and eventually add depth to their WR rotation.

Ah I see. I got to this post before I got to the Dillman thread. Hadn't realized he was fully recovered and playing. Thanks!
-
Could potentially be a sneaky get, but definitely needs time to recover mentally and physically from a torn Achilles. Curious: So if the term "he is offered by UNT" is used and he accepts, does that mean his first year of eligibility begins this year? Or could it also mean that he could be given a grayshirt (and therefore no eligibility is used)? Hopefully that question makes sense. Essentially, that I'm wondering if they would give him 1-2 years to develop more.

Should Lance find another team that will give him PT?

If Scott Linehan stays in any capacity (cough*HC*cough), then Dunbar would fit great in Dallas. But, as it has been mentioned, since he is an RFA, it's unlikely someone will offer tender. -
I too was confused, but after a quick google, it seems this thread name was formerly "Chuck Pagano to SMU?!?!?!?!" before "Chad..."

'xactly. The VP of Finance and Administration was recently replaced, Rick, surprised you didn't know that.

To answer your question: nope. Working and teaching in my field.

Not saying it was not him, but he has at least 1-2 people that look through e-mails for him for scheduling, responding, etc.
