My list: 1. Baylor 2. ATM 3. TCU 4. UTSA 5. Texas 6. Texas Tech 7. UNT 8. Houston 9. Rice 10. UTEP 11. SMU 12. Texas St. Baylor and ATM are obvious. Based on what we've seen so far UTSA is #3, but I can't believe they are better than TCU (or UT or Tech). The Texas team that UNT played is #3, but the one that played BYU is over-ranked here at #5. Tech has been very unimpressive. Rice may be too low and SMU may be too high.
