If you want to talk about drive by shootings, drug dealing, and people running to their cars at night, go visit the University of New Mexico or Rutgers University.....

Wouldn't Kincade's best chance of starting QB be NT? I'm not to familiar with Southern Methamphetamine's QB situation, but I think that they have a mind set on Davis?

I love Rally House in Flower Mound. I may be mistaken, but IMO I think that the UNT section is as big as the Arkansas, Kansas, and TCU section. There are not a lot of places that sell UNT products equal to SEC or B12 teams. The Academy in Denton on 380 would probably be the best place for UNT gear though. I would recommend them first.

Like everyone else has said. Due to the fact that the P5's are greedy Sob's, that won't ever happen. I'm sorry but the current system needs to change... the playoffs this year was the most uneventful and boring set of games I have ever seen... I rather see a G5 get a chance, then see Michigan State get raped at jerry world... maybe the G5's should just start their own playoff system amongst themselves asap?

Exactly, I'm not joking when I bring up with that idea. It doesn't have to be for kids that only get in trouble, it really does open your eyes on how alcohol can play a big part in poor decision making and how so many lives are destroyed. I had to sit in on a class that was something like this for college and learned a ton of stuff that I still think about to this day.

Didn't their last QB get arrested for drunk driving a couple years ago? Now a drunken bar fight with the next one? I may be going out on a limb by saying this, but I think there needs to be a mandatory alcohol awareness class that all the players should attend before the start of the season. It might help with the future decision making (before the pick up of the bottle/glass). Good job on TCU for suspending the guy. If he ended up playing this Saturday. I and I hope many other people would lose any sort of respect for that program.

Isn't this a good thing for UNT though? serious question. All of us know that UNT is light years away from becoming a T-shirt sports fan school. All of us are on this board because we have a passion for UNT as a whole, because we are alumni, and because we love being considered a part of the MGN. But I would jump through a hoop of fire covered in kerosene to get those (never-attended-UNT-Tshirtfan) and only use us as their amusement in athletics fan base inside our stadium and arena.

That game was Thompson's best game of his career. Maybe the the HOD game could be up there too. I thought he earned the respect UNT90 gives him after that day.

Morris is way better than any QB we've had in the last couple years. I'd much rather have a Alabama 3rd stringer (who apparently got a look at being starter) over Josh duck-flinging Greer. I'll get excited about this without hesitation, we are hurting real bad at center. So bad, that we are still looking up at Derek Thompson and worshiping him from his 2013 season.....

Does bringing in a guy who has experience as HC before, really prove that the are the right fit for the job? Besides one year here, Coach Mac proved that a guy with the fancy championship rings and the track record of bringing back a downed Big 12 team doesn't mean jack squat in the grand scheme of things..... He went out the North Texas exit just like Todd Dodge. I don't think Littrell should be labeled in the experience category like Dodge. Just look at Cerebus' post for proof. The assistants all come from good backgrounds, like our OC playing backup for the Green Bay Packers super bowl team not to long ago. And these guys have all coached/played at the collegiate level together in their past. This is all to early to grade this hire, we need to give it 2 years... But I do see a lot of differences with Littrell.

B grade, I saw him at a restaurant in Denton yesterday with a UNT shirt on. He had other guy's with him that had North Texas gear on. If I had to guess, I'm thinking they are looking at recruits in Denton. They had a bunch of paperwork on the table too. I guarantee you that I would never see Mac in that situation if he were still here. Littrell definitely looked focused.

yeah, I hear ya. It's pretty ridiculous though. If you are commentating during the game. Your responsibility is to at least get the dang name's right... He might as well say, "Southern Illinois State" too.
