    Sometimes I look at where we are at and can't believe the 2013 season was 3 years ago. It seems like an eternity waiting on that again.

    And hang onto the ball without fumbling it! A lot of people couldn't hold onto a ball with a hit like that if their hands were duck taped to the football.

    I think the high number of turnovers also shot ourselves in the foot. Yes we all have some disappointment in what we saw. But we only lost by 13 points. Morris had 3 interceptions and that ridiculous 3rd and 45 hail mary play seriously needs to be addressed to the defense. If things like that are further corrected. We could have saved ourselves from a 10-13 point trail the whole game. I think it could be something that might fizzle out as the team gets used to playing with each other this season.

    There was 4 defenders on that the SMU player... that to me should be pretty ridiculous... On a minor note, we are still managing to limp along and sort of hang with SMU. I at least feel like we aren't helpless like we were last year with McCarney...

    Yup NESN plus is definitly an option up here. But me personally... It doesn't come with the comcast package I pay for... Which is why I'm relying heavily on ASN online.

    Kind of what Cdizzle said. The other streaming links are working, but the UNT-SMU links is the only one showing that stupid oops thing... That's what is super concerning...We shall see in 19 minutes...

    Sunbelt following us probably. I think I'd agree with Ben.. Obviously our last season doesn't warrant us the attention. But I hope we at least look into getting into the AAC if a couple spots open up. Yes... I know SMU and geography... But get our names out there and push hard for it.

    I sure hope we reach out to the AAC like MT. This season may be a lot bigger than a proving ground for a new coaching staff when the AAC starts looking for candidates.

    Houston should get the invite. The B12 is basically almost half Texas though. So their location works against them. Cincy would probably be the best bet to link West Virginia a close travel partner. This is hard to take in as a UNT fan/alumni. If Houston does go... Is it even remotely possible to get into the AAC with SMU there? Serious question.. I know they block us, but if there was a way around their block?

    I still remember how bad it was when we were like 9 & goal and we couldn't even make a simple passing play to get the 6 points. McNulty would send them sailing way over the receiver's heads.

    Yet, they can't drive a little over 40 miles to see the game in Denton? Yet they won't drive or walk the couple miles from the country club to Ford Field to see the game in their own stadium?
