Hi everyone, we will be tailgating by noon or before this Saturday. Please stop by and have a snack; I will have balls. Talk some football. Who all is tailgating this weekend, and what is on the menu? I will have more to add to our menu soon. I hope to see you on Saturday.

That would be awesome. The game time and weather also seem to be lining up. Underground weather shows a high of 92 degrees in Denton on the 21st. Then, all we have to do is win at a sold-out game at home.

I am not sure how UTSA is getting votes.

I figured SFA would be on there for their 77-0 win the first week over some at the bottom.

Thank you to all who stopped by or joined our tailgate yesterday! I really appreciate all those who joined in! It was great seeing everyone. Harry did a wonderful job coordinating the Basketball players, coaches, and fans for the NIL Collective. It was just perfect weather yesterday! Especially thank you to all the chefs and the food they made for the tailgate yesterday! ☺️Yummmy!

I think we were also down three starters on the O-line by the end of the 1st quarter or so. One or two of the delay-of-game penalties were on purpose in my opinion, but getting 77 new players to mesh with our system should get better each week. SFA looked big on TV, and they said most of their players were transfers from TCU, Texas, and Baylor, if I remember correctly. SFA could definitely beat several FBS teams. The score for those who did not watch could have easily been 42-20. We kneeled at the 3-yard line at the end of the game.

On TV, they said we had 77 new players, most in FBS. I think with this and the injuries, we might be part of it.
