Schnellenberger is either Senile or deliberately dissing TD, there is no way a top coach does not keep track of who is head coaching the other 7 teams in his conference. Make no mistake about it, he was and still is being backhanded in his comments. I hope we slap FAU back to the Florida Swamps! Maybe then Schnellenberger will wake up.

The Line I hope we kick the holy-hell out of FAU Saturday, I really feel we may see life from our Defense this week.

I go out of my every time to hear TD speak, man he makes me believe. RV was talking about Tailgating, that had me fired up also.

Rick, I am not trying throw the Belt under the bus, and I think some teams have become better as others have slid. I hope the belt does better, but if you get a way from us homers it will be a tough argument to make. Personally I am a bit bias because if the belt has not become much better, the more likely I can cheer TD and company on in the NO Bowl this year.

Except the Belt has only won 3 games this season outside the conference. As a conference the belt has by far the worst record, least wins, and some of the worst loses. Michigan? I don't think there is a team in the Belt that could come close to beating them even this year. Florida International lost to Miami 9 - 23. Not sure what your point is? Just because there are some other teams that are not having a particularly good year that means the Belt has massively improved. I don't know how much if any the belt has improved. But the reasons listed are kind of a hollow argument and are not real proof of anything.

I think he was talking about LC. Also get a grip, all the coaches should get a free pass their entire 1st year period. Do any of you think you know more then TD and Mendoza? OR are you going to complain about this same crap defense topic until Saturday? Slow down people. Give them some time to get personal in place and adjustments made.

North Texas told us and several development companies they expect to be between 45,000 - 50,000 by 2015 on the main campus in Denton. Whether or not that happens remains to be seen.

Those numbers are supposed to be just the main campus, not Dallas or the Med school in Ft Worth.

I have read several places that UNT @ Denton plans to be around 45,000 - 50,000 students by 2015. I guess we shall see.

Well here we are after our second game with Dodge and and we are b*tching. Why? Several expected us not to win a game this year. At the SMU game we saw glimmers of excellence on the offense, the passing system, our quaterback, our recievers, the Field goals and extra points have been perfect. And Punting well pretty dang good. On D we saw the Defense stop SMU when they had to, but it was the offense that let them down, that and two really bad calls, the knee down and the mystery face mask. Dodge and his staff are teaching our group of student athletes new systems, so give him time. At the SMU game I realized Dodge is training the fans also, we as fans tasted Victory and we wanted it, yes many of us damn right expected it as the game rolled on. That had to be one of the most exciting games I had watched UNT play ever, short of the win over Cincy. Hell I though I was going to have a heart attack, we all know that game could have gone either way. Remember that is supposed to be SMU's best team in 20 years their PONY UP team. Dodge has us cranked up and our expectations are rising fast. What is the old saying, "Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water." In the interview with the MG Insider, Dodge talks about the D Free Dodge Interview. He says that there were something like 17 or 18 missed tackles in the SMU game that should have been made, not ones that we were beat on play, but just mistakes in tackling. Dodge said that made up for around 187 yards of SMU offense. They are going to fix it.

They have had repeated violations of this same thing, I think they should take a way the first four rounds, including any picks they received for trades or other deals.
