I am with you, I think 6 & 6 would be a very successful year in our rebuilding process, but my heart wants more 7 -5 would be a good start. I feel like I would need more winning to offset the last few years in the negative column.

I am no fan by any means but I think the Lakers easily look the strongest at this moment. -

I can't argue the beer flavor in my case German beer is too heavy almost like a meal. no doubt in my beer choice I am must seem or perhaps have an uninformed palate but I travel quite a bit and I have never felt German beer or any of the Pub favorites from Europe to be refreshing in hot weather. But then again I water down my Iced Tea. The beer in Germany sure seemed to be warmer then 40 degrees, I would have have guessed almost 60 degrees. In a pinch I don't mind an ice cold Amstel Light ( and that is Dutch) but that is about all I can find, they do serve them cold in the Netherlands Antilles, at least for Americans. The women in Germany, I have seen some very cute ones, but the girls I saw in Bulgaria and eastern Europe blew them away. Not sure about the in shape thing, saw plenty of fat and ugly women in Frankfort last time I was there, the only thing I know for sure is the cigarette smoking is about 95% in Germany. Hey maybe they were hiding the cute ones, and the rest were tourists. My Dad's parents had a small airport in upstate New York, they had one of the East Coasts premiere Sail Plane bases (gliders). It seems to be a very German thing easily 50% of the people that got into sail planes were German at our airport. I spent my summers on my grandparents airport and even learned a little German, I don't remember much any more. But just to say I have had my fair exposure. But it is all good, the really sad thing of this conversation is the current situation with Texas women, in my opinion Texas had the best hot lady ratio in the World around the early 80s. Now not so hot, I blame Oprah! -
I am sure that is what it is, the column is listed as "Hometown (Prev School)". We had some guys in my high school that just arrived in Dallas for high school of transferred in during high school because of the parent's jobs, they still called the towns they grew up in their hometowns even after we graduated. Not sure if that changes.

I would have to agree with his first two dislikes: 3. American beer, while on average thick heavy warm German beer is supposed to be superior to our lighter beers, and maybe it is. But on a hot Texas day do you really want a thick almost room temperature beer, or something ice cold, light and refreshing. Yeah I must be low brow because I will take a ice cold Miller Lite or even a Mexican Dos Equis over any of the German stuff. Now if it is the middle of winter and colder then a grave digger's ass outside, I am fine with the German stuff. 4.While in the last decade Americans have really put the weight on, and god is it disgusting to see the number of fat chicks wearing tight clothing these days. And even worse guys giving them some real attention. Germany has its share of fat women, but even more women that got beat with an ugly stick. There are plenty of mannish need to shave women in Germany, when you actually find that really hot one she turns out to be Swiss. -

Every game is an opportunity to win! Dodge & Deloach are going to make those odds better with every passing day! -
DALLAS -- Brad Richards did only one thing wrong in his Dallas Stars debut. He raised expectations impossibly high. Richards had an assist on just his second shift, then added two more helpers in the second period and another two in the third. The five assists matched a franchise record and were a first since the club moved to Dallas. The five points were a career high and the most by a Stars player in five years. His handiwork also set up new linemate Niklas Hagman's first NHL hat trick. Dallas vs. Chicago Just plain Wow!!!!!! Maybe it was a really good trade!!!!

Yeah, it was all over the SMU site that Justin had a .9 GPA.

I personally still think there are more benefits to Riley Red-shirting. 1, he has more time to grow, heal, put some muscle on and so forth. 2, he will get the benefit of another year's recruiting class. 3, If he follows Gio he will hopefully be stepping into a well oiled machine for his last two years. 4, Red-shirting gives Riley more time to adapt mentally to D-1, and I think he will spend the two years after that backing up Gio and maybe playing some WR. I am sure Todd will use Riley to help push Gio by keeping the red-shirt status quiet until the last minute. But either way it is not a bad problem to have.

I would imagine it is Jerry's wet dream to line up and win the Super Bowl 2011, hosted at his own Stadium. I bet we will see him do just about anything over the two seasons to make that a reality. -
I would be willing to bet that Riley red-shirts next year, but he may have some impact in teaching the system to the others on the offense.

Ou Gets Their Way
KingDL1 replied to Mean Green 93-98's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Hell OU already got away with murder, was the loss of those games really meaningful? Not in my opinion. If the NCAA was going to do something they would give OU a 5 year suspension from post season play, no championships no bowls and cut their scholarships down. -
Maybe she is starting to get the hint, and part of it maybe that our interactions with her make some of us see red.

That is great to hear! Congratulations Johnny

Thanks John, Lindsey's photos helped cancel out the gag reflex. -
See Flyer there you go again, ticking people off!! There is a definite chance that I could possibly be deeply offended or maybe that is just gas from lunch.

Just got back from the game, damn I thought we had this game. The short handed goal by the Calgary Flames killed me. I love Ott's energy though, he is my favorite player these days. Hell we out shot Calgary 31 to 18, and we had a couple of bad calls. But still an exciting game. Go Stars -
It has been my experience if you believe, good things happen. I know when I stopped believing in Santa Claus, he stopped bringing me gifts.

I never felt like Mandy was playing favorites with me, I just thought she was a bad tempered person, moody, and full of herself. And can go from 0-100 in an instant on you to being a complete bitch on wheels. Mostly I came away with the impression that she is not the brightest bulb in the pack, and in many cases she does not get it (whatever the "it" may be at the time). Then I don't ever remember her wearing green on game days, or acting in anyway that promoted School spirit. Now maybe if I was a big enough donor, would I some how see her wearing green, and would that really curb what seems to be personality trait of her jumping the gun to pounce on someone?
