I wonder about the length of contracts, who gets to fire coordinators at UNT, the money available for replacements, the personnel available, player injuries, and I am sure many other issues are discussed. Does Eric get to just fire, or was he told to wait until EOS?

I want everything at once, too. NIL changed the World going into this season. We had low funds, and Eric was initially set up for high school recruiting—we had preseason injuries. Plus, everyone says Caponi is on a two-year contract. It is only money. I sure as heck would not want to be a head coach in this environment.

I don't know what he is referring to. I would mostly agree with the status quo for most of past coaching back to Dickey. Seth was horrible at it, and he came across to me as extremely uncomfortable with addressing crowds or the media. From what I have seen and heard of Eric, he is full of spirit and energy with the crowds.
