Look, I'm not saying it shouldn't be a modern state of the art facility. It without a doubt should be. What we saw in that picture shows nothing other than it doesn't look like the USM strip club. Carpet and drop tile ceiling doesn't say much.

It's so funny that you continually insult my internship at the AD. Where I got a job at to change and make a difference. More than you've ever done for UNT in your lifetime, chump.

So we should make our locker room look like a strip club that'll be outdated quicker than Grapevine Mills was? K

The point is that our locker room probably looks on par with UTSA, and our peers sans the strip club one at USM. We should wait for more pictures other than a shitty screenshot, IMO.

It looks more like a strip club. That's all the rage right now. IMO, these locker room trends all look like strip clubs. Worse, they'll be outdated in 5 years.

I think the Fry area is kind of an interesting area now. It's a mishmash of college bars, beer spots, local restaurants, chains, apartments, condos, etc. I really don't mind it. I prefer the Denton "scene" to be Downtown anyway. I mean old Fry was cool and fascinating to a young teenager who had just gotten his drivers license, and was a cultural hotspot...it was also kinda...gross. Interestingly enough there are a still a lot of sketchy apartments on Fry. Admittedly, I wasn't in college during the Fry years and never experienced the stuff like Fry Street Fair, etc. It was just the Tomato and Fry Rats with a bunch of bars when I first fell in love with the town. Past the glory days anyway. I mean back then the Square was a ghost town. I will say though, I really hope that they don't tear down the Voertmann's complex to build another mega student complex. I like the mix of new and old (renovated old). It gives the area an interesting vibe. Downtown is possibly the coolest area I've ever experienced. I've lived and visited most of the big city attractions. Downtown Denton is something special. You can be out on the Square at 4am playing music, there will be lots of people out, and nobody will bother you. There is ALWAYS something to get into. It's amazing.

What I want to see on September 3...
Ryan Munthe replied to Matt from A700's topic in Mean Green Football
Once again, it's not the student culture. They show up when we're winning like any student fanbase. We have NO casual fans. Dentonites don't go to UNT games just because it's their local team, they just don't care about UNT. That needs fixing. -
Hilton Garden Inn is probably the best hotel in Denton right now, you have to travel 35 though which is unfortunate.

Don't name call, eh? You might want to take your own advice.

1. First off, you clearly don't understand the definition of irony. That's okay, many people think Alanis Morrissette's version of irony is the definition. I would hate to bring you down a notch, but it's true. 2. I do have a masters. Congrats on your business undergrad. Bet you got a fulfilling, nice and happy 9 to 5 office job. That's why, at 40, you're on here making snarky comments based off of a post from three years ago. Have a great life, buddy. You're back on the ignore list.

Awe, you still mad I ripped on Keller three years ago? Grow up. Although not surprising you're obsessed with me, considering you brigade downvote everything I post. Kinda pathetic tbh

You've made a jackass of yourself for the last three years on here and don't get brigades like me. Meh.

Because I could post "I LOVE THE MEAN GREEN" and still get massive downvotes. Lot of Internet warriors with nothing better else to do.

It's a surprisingly cool video, but I wouldn't call the graphics superior...they're using stock fonts, for example.
