  1. We made literally the WORST OFFENSE IN FBS look competent. Completely ridiculous. Glad for the win, but if we don't improve before the bowl game we're gonna get our teeth kicked in.
  2. Better than Dajon Williams, Josh Greer, AND McNuggets? No way.
  3. Didn't stop Brandon Weeden from getting drafted in the first round!
  4. A lot of people tend to forget about Aune in the QB room. He has some talent for sure.
  5. Alan Bowman is already a glass cannon and Harrell would run enough QB draws on 3rd and long to make sure he never walked again.
  6. Alternate article title: Football: Brammer on fast track for attempted murder of the QB after being thrown to wolves.
  7. One name I saw on there that would be an interesting replacement for Littrell here is Mike Yurcich. OSU has had some explosive offenses since he's been there. Might be a good culture fit as well as Gundy seems to run a tight ship.
  8. Love this combination.
  9. UNT quickly builds a lead in the first half that it almost squanders away completely in the second. UNT 35 ODU 31
  10. His playcalling was very suspect, and Mazzone made it worse. His offenses consisted of Inside Zones and Bubble Screens. Kyle Allen was the other kid that transferred.
  11. Lol, but JD, don't you know? Winning a bowl game is entirely way too much of an expectation to have. We have to be thankful for winning 8 games a year and having nothing to show for it.
  12. Can confirm. My unrelenting hatred for all things nUTSAck began when we lost to them in 2013 and all they did was talk shit. Because of their behavior, a UTSA loss is almost as good as a UNT win for me. I was/am ecstatic to see them completely crumble after their so called recruiting guru turned out to be an awful coach. In fact, I hope they go 0-12 every year. But that's just me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  13. Not to mention the fact the Graham would run a similar offense to what we have currently. A few names under his coaching tree(from wikipedia): Gus Malzahn: Arkansas State (2012), Auburn (2013–present) Chad Morris: SMU (2015–2017), Arkansas (2018–present) David Beaty: Kansas (2015–present) Mike Norvell: Memphis (2016–present) Major Applewhite: Houston (2016–present) Jay Norvell: Nevada (2017–present) Billy Napier: Louisiana (2018–present) All of those guys are spread guys.
  14. With the current climate, even if Littrell signs the class then bolts, I wouldn't be surprised to see half the class immediately transfer anyways.
  15. Just in time to leave the entire offense void of any upperclassmen leadership!
  16. It's now spreading to reddit:
  17. Of course, he always reverts back to his bread and butter when they change up coverages. QB draws on 3rd and 15.
  18. Also forgot to mention they have Oshane Ximines on defense, who is the best DE not named Jaylon Ferguson we'll see all year. He has 8 sacks this year Our tackles will have their hands full, and will probably get smoked on more than one occasion. I just hope Mason isn't murdered in the backfield because of the complete ineptitude of the OL.
  19. Sorry, Sophomore Fine. Better?
  20. Their QB, Blake LaRussa is a lot like Fine Listed at 5'10 185. Completes 65% of his passes Has a 2:1 TD:INT ratio. Kesean Strong and Jeremy Cox are their two backs. Strong is more of the small shifty type(5.2 YPC), and Cox is a bruiser at 6'0 235(4.4 YPC)
  21. I wonder where he got the idea for this article from?
  22. And somehow UTSA will end up in the same conference as us because reasons.
  23. "It's not uncommon for it to take time to do it right" If this is what doing it right looks like, by all means, take all the time in the world.
  24. Could it be that the North Texas community has unrealistic expectations that Seth has not met yet? Maybe a bowl win, or conference championship win, or an undefeated season? Question. No info. We go into homecoming 8-0 that place is sold out. Period.
