It's not ideal, obviously a Big 12 type conference would be the best case with Texas/OK/LA/ARK type teams. As long as we can continue to improve on all fronts, it would be best to stand pat and wait for the inevitable blowup happening. Improve facilities, increase resource pool, build championship programs, introduce baseball, and position ourselves in the best light possible. I trust Wren to do what's best for us

Have we had a QB commit under Littrell garner this much P5 attention? G5 sure, but the fact that schools like FSU, MSU are sniffing around should say something about A) how friggin good this kid will be and B) how friggin good Littrell's evaluations have gotten

Bingo. I have zero faith he will contribute anything of significant value. He's like the Brock Berglund of Nose Tackles minus the douchey tendencies. All the hype in the world, none of the production. It's not worth the energy hoping he'll actually do anything anymore.

Another interesting develoment is Josh Saafi. He was listed at 6'3 272 coming out of JUCO. Now he's up to 300 pounds. Have to wonder if they're moving him to NT for depth considering Novil doesn't have anyone behind him outside of Pichon, who's an unknown.

While I do agree with you for the most part, this class seems different. I think the fact that they're all talking to each other and recruiting each other is huge. Not saying some guys won't jump at "bigger" offers, but it seems less likely with this class.
