Yup. If you have a dedicated guy on Rivals with subscribers paying for him, they're gonna have better ratings. It's why UTSA and LaTech are always at the top of Rivals. It's kind of odd. Paying 5 bucks a month to justify to yourself that somehow your school is better than everyone else by artificially boosting player ratings.
