I posted it immediately after without realizing you had just posted yourself. What can I say? Slow day at work -
UNT’s enrollment hits new all-time high

He said UTA, not UTD -

If you check their poorly put together forum, once you get past all the "cUNT is full of retards and our football team is gonna have their way with all the women that wish they went to UT-San Antonio" chest pounding, they seem like a nice bunch. Real "bring home to mom" types. You know, the kind that drive an '86 I-ROC and have taken a few welding classes at their local community college.

UnderDog Dynasty tweeted about it, so we're sure to see 45 articles about how great UTSA is and how terrible UNT is.

DRC: Key questions for UNT entering bye week
MGNation92 replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
Which is my original thought. Historically, we're terrible after a bye. I think concern, especially against one of the better teams in our conference, is warranted. "BUT SETH LITTRELL WON AFTER HIS BYE, 7 TURNOVERS, WORLD BEATERS." Hell I hope we smoke nUTSAck by 30 when we play them. History says we won't -
DRC: Key questions for UNT entering bye week
MGNation92 replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
We're talking about it because I'm unsure of how we'll perform after the bye, people saying we destroyed army, then my rebuttal saying we got pretty lucky. -

Basically talks about how good our offense is, and how our game against them is now a game of interest, when it wasn't in the preseason. They basically chalked us up to a win and now aren't as confident. Talked about how Littrell is doing a great job of coaching up a team that went 1-11 two seasons ago, and that we have the potential to win 8-9 games with UTSA looming large.

Mr McClain is not having his best year, but is still a great player and leader of the defense. Glad to see him bounce back last week and look forward to his continued improvement

DRC: Key questions for UNT entering bye week
MGNation92 replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Football
2 TO's at least were luck. The center fumbling the snap and TJ falling on it? Definitely skill there. I'm just saying y'all are acting like we were coming off the bye and all of a sudden were a much better and more dominant football team. Luck helped us win that game. How about that touchdown to Tee Goree where the corner just fell down? Definitely skill there. I'm not saying it was all luck but to say everything that went our way in the first army was all caused by our hard work and determination is a bit of a stretch -

A ball thrown into double coverage and an underthrown double reverse pass are mistakes. A tipped pass for a pick 6 is luck coupled with *some* skill. -

The pick six we had was off a tipped pass? The center fumbled the snap? We didnt CAUSE all 7 turnovers. Acting like we weren't lucky is asinine. Remember when Army didn't turn the ball over so much? They beat us -

"Coming out swinging" and "Army shooting themselves in the foot with 7 turnovers" are two completely different things. -
DRC: Key questions for UNT entering bye week

My key question: With our offense on fire will the bye cause a stutter in production? We almost never seem to come off a bye ready to go, hopefully Littrell changes this mindset. -
Littrell already has more wins and bowl appearances than Dodge(not hard to do) in 1.5 seasons. Does he have his limitations? Absolutely. Are we getting much better? Undoubtedly so.

When you're about to be passed up by UTPB, you academics are probably pretty bad. Just saying.

Wait a minute.... I don't have a sister. They do let me push carts at the Kroger on University though.

Reports Name Graham Harrell as Candidate for UTEP Job
MGNation92 replied to Cerebus's topic in Mean Green Football
To me, a triple option coach would make more sense. They're already recruiting for a run first scheme and can use smaller, less recruited guys, since they seem to have a lot of trouble getting great talent out there. -

Another thought: Doesn't Harrell sit upstairs and relay plays to Mainord, who calls them on the field? I'd be comfortable with Mainord sliding to OC if GH were poached. -

I think that'd be a stretch. Harrell is still way too green IMO. Seth Littrell called plays at three different P5 programs before getting hired by us. Maybe in a few years, but this would be a huge risk -
True. I think the big difference is the O/D-line of UTSA is pretty much better across the board. I think it’ll be a close game but UTSA’s experience/depth on the lines will carry them
