I'm interested to see Marshall at San Antonio Community College. Could be a huge game

Because it was a hell of a game with an incredible finish? Most of the exciting stuff was in the 1st and 4th quarters, but it was a straight dogfight for 60 minutes. I missed the game initially but rewatched and got to see everything. You can really tell Wilson game from SEC. Looking at their depth chart, the entire defense only has one guy under 6' and that's their nickel. Big thumping linebackers, and tall physical corners. I get that's what he's used to, but with the way most of the teams spread you out in this league, it seems that may be putting them in a bad position. Clearly they've got a good defense, but I'm curious to see if his SEC style ball is going to translate long term in a league like CUSA that spreads you out and throws it around.

I believe he's got a pretty big buyout clause if I remember correctly. Something like $1.5 million if he's hired after this season.

That's correct. I usually get there around 6:30 and a few people get there even before that and they have the buffet up. I never stay much past 8 but I would assume they would shut it down around then.

To be fair I was a massive Fine detractor as well. After everything he's done this season, he's our foreseeable starter for the next 2.5 years and a pretty damn good one.

As I mentioned in another post, it looks to be that the linebackers for San Antonio Community College seem to be the prototypical Alabama type thumpers that excel in run stuffing/blitzing, but can be exposed in space. They were also blitzing damn near every play, and running a lot of hook zones with their DT/DE's to cover the space left by the backer, I like my chances of a guy like Lawrence or Darden against their front 7. Seems the coaches thought the same.

I wholeheartedly agree on Tauaefa. He just looked a little slow for some reason. Maybe dealing with an injury? Who knows. I thought Bass was the better linebacker against us. JT seems more of a run stuffer/blitzer. Seems if you get him out in space he's a lot less dominating.

I would love the New Mexico bowl or New Orleans personally. Honestly, anything but Army for the 4th time in 2 years would be fantastic.

They damn sure aren't losing sleep over how the majority of the crowd is bored to death by the same crap. Then again, they're probably too busy sniffing their own farts to care about anything else. Just make sure you don't lead your band like the Green Brigade has been led over the last however many years. We have a great music program and most people are proud of it, that being said, the level of arrogance is incredible.

I hate SMU, but I also hate UT San Antonio. Every person I've met who went to that school is trashy and an asshole. That school just seems to attract those types. If we're rivals, so be it. I'm with Ashton, I want to beat them, but I'd much rather get a bowl game win. if we go 7-5 with a loss to nUTSAck then I'd much rather be in that position than 6-6 with a win against them.

Agreed. While the graphics have stepped up tremendously this is bad. His pants look like a diaper. Almost as bad as those stock images of people in football pads that clearly have never touched a football in their lives:
