  1. I'm still waiting for thumb wrestling to be added to the long list of summer sports in the Olympics.
  2. I'm thinking along the same lines you are.
  3. You mean they teach 'em to read down there?
  4. Where does this new FW team play?!
  5. Wow, this is a young team. I'm hoping for improvement this season, but 2005-2006 should be awesome given the experience we'll have.
  6. It still has to pass through the voters of Arlington. They may or may not like the idea.
  7. I need to peak at the September schedule. I might be able to make a game or two when it's not 100+ at noon.
  8. I'm game. I'm still very much a "frosh" at playing, so if I do cheese, it's purely accidental (perhaps a blown play?).
  9. I hope all the peeps in the Pit Crew are looking for something cool to wear. I need to find mechanics outfit type thing that I can do some cool things with. Finding one that's green would be awesome.
  10. Darren Woodson ... he can lay some wood on receivers if they decide to enter his zip code.
  11. How about getting called for clipping in general? I seem to get flagged for it when a drive is humming along only to have it killed with a 15 yard penalty. Getting called for holding would seem more believable.
  12. Finally got to see Bicentennial Man. It was on ABC a couple of weeks ago (maybe a month?), but I DVR'd it. Great movie. Interesting parallels to what "humans" face in regards to acceptance in every day life. Love and death focal points of the movie as well. I'll have to say that this movie is right up there with What Dreams May Come as one of Robin Williams greatest movies in his career. While he has always been a great comedian, I love to see when someone like that steps outside of themselves and makes a great serious movies. Kinda like what Jim Carey did with The Majestic and The Truman Show.
  13. I'm in my first year of a dynasty and I had Colorado's offense on the ropes. The best they had done was a field goal off of a fumbled punt return deep in my own territory. Yet, with about 1.30 remaining in the 4th quarter, deep in their own terriotry, CU did a punt fake and scored a TD. <_< Passing has been problematic. Running is easy once you start get the hang of things. Throw in the occasional pass and the CPU starts to respect the pass. I'm looking forward to mopping the field with my remaining opponents.
  14. OK, for those that have Xbox and Live, list your screen name. Mine is ITEagle03.
  15. Think the home owners of Denia would favor the name for a rogue group of people?
  16. Were you thrashin' him with NT? If so ... I do agree, if you bail on an online game, it should caount in your online stats. Hey Gak, what's your Xbox screen name? Mine is ITEagle03 on Xbox Live. I couldn't connect this afternoon (and still need to learn the controller setup for Xbox), but I want to try to hookup with some Mean Green faithful for some gridlock madness.
  17. I'm seriously considering the Xbox version since it has the online option despite the fact I only have 2 controllers (as of right now). Maybe I'll run down to the EM Games in Ridgmar Mall in FW after I get paid this week (and all the bills are paid).
  18. With that subject topic, Aaron, for a minute there I thought you were going to bust out with some Captain Planet stuff.
  19. I'm all for the tailgating on Saturdays. Thursday's were always tough since I had to run to work or was coming from work.
  20. These threads are starting to get obnixious. Bow do we need August to come around something fierce.
  21. UNTFan23 - x-box (2 controllers) & gamecube (4 controllers). I have a brother with a similar setup and he tends to be rather good at these games and might be interested.
  22. §:-Þ
  23. Is this the thread to share such great movie titles as Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness?
