I thought it was the TCU folks that warned us of RV supposedly being a snake oil salesman? I guess after making many North Texas alumni believe that their program can indeed do great things once again, I guess it would make other people take notice. However, I think RV wants to stay at North Texas since he really wants to take North Texas to the top and finally has some of the tools to do so.

I'm giddy that the Cowboys will be playing in Arlinton. It will be closer with hopefully easier access to the stadium. Now if we can just convince Arlington to start a mass transit system and hook into the DART and TRL rail systems, I won't have to drive hardly at all in traffic.

Some type of reward system for getting NT alumni signed up with the Exes. Perhaps a point system where points can "buy" you things like coffee mugs and t-shirts. A leader board would be cool as well. Also, the event planner online for individual chapters is kinda vague. Not sure what to do to fix it, but I think it could be better.

Tell me there is someone out there that used to watch Kids Incorporated. It was a cop-off of The Mickey Mouse Club, but the story lines seemed more interesting ... to me at least.

OFF TOPIC: I have a hard time believing that roughly 50% of the student body lives outside the city of Denton. I know I kept my "permanent address" as my parents' house in Fort Worth, even though I lived on-campus. I suspect a lot of students don't bother to change their address from their parents cause so many students jump from apartment to apartment.
