My experience this season has been at each gate that is open, there is only one person available to scan tickets. As attendance increases, the number of people to scan tickets should increase at each gate as well. It will only help things move more quickly. Something good for next season is there will finally be a dedicated space for selling tickets on the east side of the SuperPit.

And have a $1000 MGSF requirement per seat. The AD can't replace the scholarship fund or ticket revenue by replacing the loge seats with standard seats.

DRC: UNT ticket office adjusts Mercer attendance count
UNTFan23 replied to Brett Vito's topic in Mean Green Basketball
Floor tickets were $30 each for Mercer, for JSU they went up to $40 each. I won't be shocked if they go up to $50 should we make it to the finals. -
Who are you referring to? There is no Josh on the roster.

This makes me believe the game will be played in the Super Pit:

Mean Green Scholarship Fund is replacing the Mean Green Club
UNTFan23 replied to LETitFLYguy's topic in Mean Green Football
How about we see how the change actually works before [some people] throw the baby out with the bath water? There's a chance the department could raise less money but what happens if more money is raised? -
The medium or long term goal is to expand the Athletic Center. That will require several (oy maybe even $10+?) million dollars to do though, so it's easier to work on smaller things that are a lot less expensive. The AC was due for some fresh paint and some minor enhancements, even if they are only cosmetic.

Mean Green Scholarship Fund is replacing the Mean Green Club

Wouldn't laziness be not changing anything at all? There's been talk of changes coming to the Mean Green Club for months, BTW. -
Mean Green Scholarship Fund is replacing the Mean Green Club

End zone is where I believe you have said you sometimes sit, which doesn't have a Mean Green Club Mean Green Scholarship Fund requirement. If this is wrong, I'm sure you'll correct me. -
Denton Road congestion
UNTFan23 replied to southsideguy's topic in The Eagles Nest (There Should be Pie For Everyone Forum)
Buckees is helping finance the bridge that is going in at that intersection, BTW. If they didn't, it's tough to say how long it would have taken for the City to come up with the funds to make that improvement given their troubles expanding roads. It's likely Buckees was going to build there regardless of whether they got the tax break or not. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have helped pay for the bridge without the tax abatement though. Up in the Frisco area along 380 right next to the DNT, Cinemark wants to build a large theater and threatened to walk away from the development unless the City upgraded 380. I can't speak to whether Cinemark offered any funds to help with the improvement but guess what, the City found the money to upgrade the roads because City leaders know they'd miss out on a lot of sales tax revenue. -

FAU loses starting QB to... retirement?

I thought it was because Driskel was going to be Weiss's roommate? -
Given there are two courts on a football field, to me it's not shocking.

Bonnie Brae being widened falls on the City to take care of. I'm sure the university is anxious to see the start and completion of that project. EDIT: Here is a DRC article that mentions the widening of Bonnie Brae. 2023 estimated completion timeframe.

Frog WR Isaiah Graham transfers to La. Tech
UNTFan23 replied to Coach Bill Lewis's topic in Mean Green Football
Was previously offered by LaTech. Also is from Louisiana. Only played in 2016 based on TCU stats. Many times an athlete reaches out to a coaching staff they've already developed some sort of a relationship with to see if they'd be interested in him. Rarely are athletes who are looking to transfer broadcast publicly that they are looking to transfer unless they are like blue chip level. -
$125 for 22 games comes down to about $5.60/game if you were to try to go to every game. Even if you only went to half the games since two games are played at the same time the first two days, it's still about $10/game for four days of basketball. I'm sure they will sell single game tickets as well. EDIT: Also here is the court layout. I used this when determining what seats I wanted to purchase (area in purple).
