We're letting UTSA dictate the pace of play and their zone is making it difficult to get the ball inside to our bigs.

Something I'd like to see where we are in terms of pay in regards to where other teams are paying their coaches? Are we towards the top, in the middle, or (hopefully not) towards the bottom? I'd want us towards the top in base pay and maybe we could make some adjustments as some have suggested with bonuses that align with the program hitting certain milestones - wins per season, conference tournament championship, NCAA wins, other tournament berths/wins/championships, etc.

To only have to face Memphis once in the regular season is a bit of some good luck. It could be some sweet revenge if we get to face off against them in the semi-finals or finals in the tournament in FW in what could be a very partisan Mean Green crowd. -
