  1. No doubt! The hardest part about that is digging to find out how hungry they are. But, absolutely good players from programs who haven't won would be hungry to get wins.
  2. It does have some truth to it. Don't need to say it just to say it but there is validity behind it.
  3. I was but I am not sure how you can compare the two. Dodge was only successful at the HS level. McCasland has had success at every stop he's had on his way to D1 and even a season in D1. I am not saying he's a lock but he sure has more skins on the wall than Dodge.
  4. Some fans will find a reason to *itch about the amount of points we win by.
  5. 3-4 and 3-3 can both easily be converted into a 4 man front with pressures.
  6. You never know, but we're pretty late to the party. I think if he gets a UT offer it's between them and Baylor.
  7. He'll be a Michael Lawrence type kid. One can never have enough hard working walk ons who have talent.
  8. http://www.hudl.com/athlete/5211984/highlights/335227410 http://247sports.com/Player/Kalon-Barnes-87573 He is a .8653 3 star and probably needs to be updated. Has offers from Baylor, Georgia, Arizona, Tx Tech, Mizzou, Kansas, K State, Baylor, UTSA, A&M, UCLA, UH, Iowa St, Oregon St UNT in case anyone was wondering, he is number one on my wish list.
  9. Only off by 9 offers lol
  10. Never given you a -1, value your opinion. But he's added a Tulane offer. Aren't these the kids we get pissed when we don't haul them in? 4-6 offers from D1?
  11. If we got both these dudes, any Seth and co recruiting doubters would silenced IMO. Two well known local kids, with multiple offers that we kept home.
  12. Man, I just don't buy this. With today's world and the fact that he is at a school who traditionally produces a few solid athletes each year, in DFW there is no keeping anything under the radar IMHO.
  13. C/O 2018 3 Cornerback UNT Commit#SpeedDemon Per his Twitter Profile still a UNT Commit. He ran a 21.8 in the 200 last night at the Area Track Meet. The fact we are even in this top 5 is impressive, now lets go win the battle. And our UNTGridiron page still has his commitment tweet posted, have to assume they'd take that down if he wasn't still "committed" Yay twitter world.
  14. Nope, tweet directly at a Wren, he usually replies.
  15. Garner was better than an injured Fred Scott ***
  16. Amare Jones, we have offered.
  17. No such thing in DFW. i want his QB. Kid is a freak.
  18. He's being recruited as a safety.
  19. Yes, our weight room was the size of UofH strength coaching staffs offices. Way to small, can't wait to see what they do with that aspect. Any idea how long the timeline is until the drawings for that are released?
  20. Slap on the wrist and a total joke. So you're telling me I don't have to go on the road for 2 years and still get paid? Heck yah, this dude won for sure.
  21. Just can't let uninformed BS go unchecked.
  22. That is the impression I got
  23. He has not visited Denton yet
  24. Where did I defend the staff in anyway? I was defending Fine, a true freshman QB who made true freshman mistakes. Who had a subpar OL, and subpar WR's to work with.
