  1. Yes Siggers from what I was told will play primarily RB but they like him in empty as mismatch guy. I got to watch Siggers almost knock Allen out of playoffs by himself. Fun game dude balled the entire game Safety, QB, RB didn't matter. Get him the ball and watch him work.
  2. Darden steal of the class IMHO, closely followed by Siggers/Davis. In my opinion Siggers steps in and plays very quick like game 1-3, Davis may too but our defense is more solid than O so he may have a harder time early getting on the field.
  3. It's easier, he kid I know you live 4 blocks away, but you know Houston traffic blows so it'll take mom/dad at least 2 hours to get here. Boom it's like going to school in another state lol
  4. Holy hell!!! This is comical
  5. You hit the nail on the head! Several coaches ask, who has offered him? My response is generally the same, do you think he's an _____ (FBS, FCS, D2 etc) athlete. Then I'll tell them once they answer. Too many schools offer after someone else does. Bowling Green is hands down the best at being first to offer kids. In my few short years coaching, year in and out they offer first and kids blow up typically bringing in 3-8 more offers after they get BGSU offer.
  6. I'm in! Hopefully the wife understands 😫😩😏. I'll send her for a mani pedi that'll make it up lol.
  7. Don't feed the trolls.
  8. Why is putting Mac on that list asinine? Dude left us in scholarship hell because he was too lazy to recruit, too stubborn to quit pounding the vodka, and too senile to run a very easy social media site that allows you almost unlimited access to kids across the nation at NO COST. Easy way to expand your brand, get kids excited about your program not just locally but nationally. Mac's one bowl win to me does not justify leaving him off that list because of what took place the last two years he was here, along with the mis handling of scholarships.
  9. Surely someone took pictures at one of the coaches caravans?
  10. No, he seems to be more worried about the "recruitment process" than finding a home and staying put. I am all for a kid taking his time and am even ok if/when they decommit but not the ones who constantly go back and forth and seem wishy washy. Good luck to the young man now lets go get Rucker and a few of his teammates.
  11. Not people believe, it's true. I have a buddy who coaches there. That's why he left.
  12. Read somewhere he was going to JUCO
  13. Bathrooms, psh those are amenities not upgrades! They can take a leak after practice is over.
  14. I'll take a bunch of new kids on a new team that won 20 games previous season. Bring on the W's see you in the Pit
  15. Oh UNT, where we have a booster who's kept a program afloat financially and we complain about them. Ive heard upgrades are nice, haven't seen them personally.
  16. That darn copy and paste feature ;-)
  17. Yeah, I don't see a need to. He's here he ain't going anywhere.
  18. Yeah, I'm hoping he has lost some weight because his feet don't impress me a ton in his film lot of one hit wonders that won't happen against good DL which this league has.
  19. http://247sports.com/Player/Anthonie-Thomas-47645 He reports an Alabama offer on Twitter but 247 is not reporting.. this kid is a monster!!
  20. No. Isadore needs to stay on pwo save ships for HS players and build the program. SMU is on the verge of having an entire team from TX.
  21. As a coach, after we talk about kids ability with recruiter almost EVERY time first question is does he have any offers. If the answer is no not yet then they ask why not. Jaxon Gibbs perfect example. Illinois loved him, but we're worried because no one offered. Bowling green same thing their Safety coach came to practice watched him and called the D.C. And wanted to offer right away. It happens, I'm not saying Seth and co are end all be all, but they can identify talent just gotta get em committed and stay committed.
  22. Somewhere in that number allows kids tons of reps and evaluation, more than that and it is very tough. We had over 800 granted, that 800 was split between 2 sessions but still a ton of kids. This was a camp anyone comes to that pays the $ so you have inflated #s because kid said think they can play. As Lifer said there were plenty that had no business being there, just giving away $. There's a megacamp at A&M Commerce this Saturday and the following Saturday that caps it at 200 kids.
  23. Yeah, those numbers will probably rise this year in the new scheme he's playing in. We offered as Safety.
