Our second string corners better be ready, listened to these guys talk. They had 5/6 WR lined up they'd run a go route on their sideline then step off field new WR on, every time first 3 quarters make your corners chase 5/6 different dudes running full speed. 4th quarter roles around and they're making you look like you're standing still. Super simple in their calls, they don't even letter their WR @Aldo @Aldo Avina never know which one to tag. You'll enjoy this. They call them Left Wr Left Inside Right Inside Right WR CRAZY. they'll have 50-60 different formations same 8-10 plays and they run them in 8-12 seconds of ball being spotted.

It has everything to do with he was a walk on in two deep because we ran off I can't even remember how many WR. Good kid, works hard, just not as good as the scholarship kids they've got.

I didn't think there was a bad connotation. Thank them for their service for me!! Forever greatful for those who serve.

Kids can leave in their first year at service academies with no penalty after that there is some type of penalty like they have to pay back the $ on their years they got free school. He may have reported to camp and realized it wasn't for him. Which is ok with me, takes a dedication to yourself and country to serve. It's an issue many kids have to fight/think about who get offered by academies.

The senior class. This particular site does the breakdowns by position, and class. They then offer for like 30/40 bucks a month a profile of the athlete. It's a bit of a $ grad on their part but the actual ranking costs nothing.

To me, it's significant because every kid in TXHSFB wants to be on this list. Yes I know that just because they're top 40/30 etc doesn't mean much. Took me till 29 before a kid had multiple offers. However, out of the I'd guess close to 1,000 OG in the state, we have three that are in the top 40 according to this site. Again, not the end all be all. But every kid in TX knows who this lonestar prospects is and wants to be on that list. I'm not sure how they compose their list either. Side note, I agree with you on bringing kids in who have more than an offer from us. However, I also see guys like Wilson, Fine, Bussey. Just from the last class who we were their only option and the dudes balled. Fine I a man giving him benefit of the doubt he got thrown to the wolves with a very bad OL and being a true freshman. Side note, someone mentioned we never beat Frank Wilson for a recruit. I was looking over our last class and Henson had an offer from UTSA. So there's that fun nugget.

Don't condone what he did, and it would be a tough call, but everything I've seen on the show and read online this was the only time he's ever been in any kind of trouble. He seems to have rebounded, and if the staff felt like he'd moved past it then I would be ok with it. In the show they said he is attending anger management, helps in a battered women's shelter, and one other thing tied to the topic. If he kept that up while here I could be down. Again, don't agree with what he did but he does seem to have paid his price and manned up, moved on and worked to improve himself.
