  1. Move him to wr and watch him work.
  2. Woolridge has a smooth jump shot when hes got his feet set, so you think he's been told as some point your job is to drive don't look for jumpers? Several times this season I've been baffled at the lack of confidence he's shown in his set jump shot, off the bounce is different. But I like his shot when he's catching a ball reversal or a kick out.
  3. Woolridge is not attacking basket at all. Letting matchup guys to just sit. looks like he heard you. Lol
  4. Drapper needs to shoot more he's got a nice jumper
  5. Ugly ugly bball
  6. That's 4 gimme points w no one back in transition. Bad stuff.
  7. Man we can't buy a bucket. Smart needs to find his.... as I type he nails 2 in a row. Here we go.
  8. Kid I coached in bball went up there and double majored while being an all sec hooper. Now on Nicks practice squad I believe
  9. They're usually posted in the next few weeks, and are typically like middle/end of February. I think its the NorthTXCoaches group that puts it on. Let me do some looking see what I can find.
  10. Littrell's are the best I've been to. He makes position coaches break up and do chalk talk on their own boards at the end of clinic and they stay until everyones gone. Was really a neat clinic last two years. They had typical breakout sessions to start then finished with position coaches on the boards.
  11. Nope real easy, have same playoff system every level of college has. Top 32 teams highest rated team is home team, unless you upset a higher rated seed then you take their seed.
  12. Just my humble opinion some of the best athletes in state come from east Tx Houston area, then Killeenish area then DFW. Dfw is easy to be a lazy recruiter in, hit 4 highways and knock out 10-12 schools a day. Go to the other areas mentioned you may hit 3/4 schools a day but will find athletes galore. Just need them to have grades and test scores (like all your other athletes you recruit)
  13. Yeah I saw that. I'm working to take over recruiting coordinator, hopefully after 3/4 years of that and making connections I can look into stepping into college ranks.
  14. You hit this one spot on, I wish more people realized this instead of complaining anytime a kid flips to a bigger school. While I would love to land him if thats where he feels best then go there. His athletic ability afforded him the option to chose.
  15. Or UNT raises expectations and raises that pay?
  16. No doubt, I'd put th work in, just not sure I have the connections yet to get us back to a speaking point in Tx.
  17. He got a fat raise recently, but yeah I'm down with any of the really legit east Tx coaches.
  18. Lol corner coach, but nah I think I'll leave that to someone else. I'd love to take the job but I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet.
  19. you should check mens team out, finally play some defense and play hard. shooters need to be more consistent but team is fun to watch finally.
  20. Gross, full needs to be a player for us immediately. I'd replace Garner before I tried to replace any other LB. well besides McDonald that was about the worst MLB I've seen in a hot minute. Explains JUCO route staff has gone may as well say F it and get HS guys who are here for 4/5 years. It's a tough one to call for sure. Glad I'm not being paid to recruit 18-20 year olds and develop them.
  21. No, hell no, no, and hell no oh wait, he's always recruited south Dallas well. 😂😂😂😳😁 id prefer an east TX guru whoever that may be.
  22. A lot of good work done by him, but time to bring in a HS relations guy who can really take us to the next level with his connections. IMO make this position 90-95K a year and watch the HS coaches flock to it. Hell I'd do it and drive all over the state and into LA etc for 65 a year.
  23. He can shoot a gap that is for sure. Good luck to the kid, hope his decision works out for him. Time to move on.
