I emailed two weeks ago about getting into the MGC as a recent alumni donor and purchasing season tickets next year. Still have not heard back, not very good for an AD challenging people to show up. I am trying to become part and can not even get a response.

Got5onit, I bet if you just got your tickets through UNT and asked someone to switch with you at the game they'd be willing especially with young ones. If you are sitting by me we can totally switch if you want aisle. I don't plan on going anywhere during the game

No problem. It made me a true believer in what UNT has going on. When you can get 18-25 year olds believing in each other and their coaches, playing together. You can take on a lot better teams. Tell me what you thought about it. I really don't want this season to end.

Jrock, Do you know of any movements the Fraternity and Sororities have got going for this bowl?? If not, you should get all of them and create some really fun excitement. Pre and Post celebrations, Competitions, Tailgating, not really sure where this could go just an idea. I saw one thread they talked about making it a reunion party for ANY alumni in their fraternity.

If they got section 5 they bought it off of the HOD website. There is no guarantee UNT is on that side.

I think it would be neat to get a count each week of how many tickets have been sold through UNT ticket office. While I know that is not the total number of UNT people going that would be a good idea. I also think that place needs to be packed with our rowdy student section they always bring energy that our team feeds off of.

Bowls look at how many tickets Donors buy, in their minds that means guaranteed ticket sales. It is all about $ and politics.

This should be a challenge to any and every UNT student AND Alumni. Bring everyone you know.

If my contact won't get back to me by noon tomorrow would any other member be down to get 7 tickets for me and I will get the $ to you however/whenever you want.

I said the exact same thing. I won't give them the time of day again. If I was RV and Mac, I would be raising some hell with the HOD People letting them know exactly how disappointed I was that a Bowl Selection Show didn't say a single freaking word about our bowl. WOW

You need to make a new thread and have it only show the tweet from the UNLV coach saying no one likes an empty stadium every UNT alum should come fill the stadium

He probably mis spoke and did not feel like back tracking. Oh well.

If you go to ESPN and check out their write up of the bowls our bowl is the 2nd to last bowl mentioned…They hate UNT oh well.. Haters gunna hate
