I almost went with the black but I did not have a Grey UNT shirt yet so went with that option. I will probably be spending about 5 % of my pay check in the next several months to expand my UNT wardrobe. I can finally afford to buy some nice stuff!

I hope Rice wins and gets CUSA teams more chances to play P5 schools. Bowls like competitive games. I would like to see us play Mississippi State I think we would stand a chance to really compete compared to Georgia, LSU, and Alabama type games.

Yea, I have been pleased with the service and work of the ticket office whenever I go up there. It is almost as though someone or someone's are not communicating with these agents to let them know all of the information needed to be successful. Nice news on the steady flow of people!! How about some applause for those working in the ticket office so many extra hours and being open new years eve is awesome!!

Thanks Emmitt! The wife and I are fixing to head out to our hotel room at Omni on 635 and I was going to drag her over to the Omni downtown to get me a green jacket. Oh well, looks like I'll be in my cool Green Hoodie that I shrunk during the break. I don't plan on wearing it long, seeing as how I will be screaming my lungs out and hot from pre game festivities.

Go buy him some Emergen-C from CVS make him chug 2 per 1 water bottle twice today. Once immediately and once when he goes to sleep. Again when he wakes up tomorrow am and he'll be ready to go. No I am not a Dr., but Yes I do think I know almost as much as them.

WOW! That is awesome news Emmitt!! I have been driving all over Denton and Flower Mound to find me a nice Green Jacket for tomorrow. Found one that was to small at Finish Line. I will use this as a plug the Rally House in Flower Mound had a very nice selection of UNT gear not a Green Jacket but had two very nice Charcoal grey, as well as, a Black jacket. Hoodies were nothing to gawk about but the amount of shirts and polos was pretty cool to see. I went to Pro Image in the Denton Mall. Not a lot of UNT gear but they had several nice Nike Dri-Fit stuff. The Lids in Denton Mall also had a huge UNT hat selection on display in the front of the store. This is all to say that we are slowly but surely turning the corner and I am glad to be at the beginning of the turn-around.

I am beginning to wonder if some of you people are ever happy? We had our University letters lit up and plastered on the side of the most visible hotel in Downtown Dallas. I guarantee if you asked UNLV they would gladly switch us. Be thankful for the media attention we have received thus far. Our first allotment was 5k tickets. Quit being such a pessimist. All we needed to sell to reach our 100,000 profit from ticket sales was a little less than 1,500 tickets. Yes I will be going to the store in Flower Mound tomorrow. Looking for a green jacket as sweet as the one I got my wife today.

Brett, a giant THANK YOU is in store for you. We as NT fans should be telling you this more often. You have reported and written tons of stories for our University over the years. The 12 page section in Sundays paper was one of the finest I have read.

I wonder who has some cool UNT gear? I will be making a trip to Flower Mound tomorrow. Got my wife a sweet Green Jacket with fleece lining that is water resistant. Didn't have my size. UGH as I was shopping today at the store in the ticket office I asked about how many tickets they had sold the guy at the counter said definitely over 7,000. Now I know this is only through the ticket office but I am really excited to see just how many fans come out for the game.

I am going to call Monday to see if the store under Apogee is open, and if they aren't open then I'll try Voertman's or any other store in Denton that I can get the appropriate attire. I will post when I find something good.

Go to the Heart of Dallas website. Sections 19-28 lower bowl on our sideline has 0 tickets available. Section 28 has a decent allotment left hopefully students will pick it up there. Then sections 122-134 probably have 3-4,000 tickets in the upper deck of the bowl. It seems that they have closed off end zone seats as well as the upper bowl above UNLV sidelines b/c all of those sections show no tickets available on HOD website. The optimist in me wants to say they've either give those to Dallas schools businesses etc., and there truly are none left. The Pessimist in me says they aren't going to be selling any of those and will put a Rice like banner over the end zone seats.

This is awesome. Make sure to bring green, more green, and some extra green. I am going to Denton tomorrow to find my wife and I NT Jackets. I got a really cool Green Never Fades Adiddas long sleeve dry fit for christmas that will be my 1st layer but I want a few additional layers and a rain layer just in case. No fret, it will be Green, every last layer.

Tony was an All-American. Jeremy Combs is a dang good HS ball player who will make an impact with energy and athleticism on our team. He has a lot to work on if he wants to play consistent minutes at the D1 level but I think he will and between Combs, Wesley and Ward plus the return of everyone else. The one bad thing is the following season we will lose almost as many maybe one more than SMU and with the recent gets they have makes me a little nervous.

Buddy of mine said they were coming in tomorrow. We should remember that FedEx and UPS were both completely shut down for almost 4 days during that ice storm.. they are probably a little behind.

Considering I just turned 25 not sure what other bowl you would have liked for me to go to seeing as how I could not drive myself to the last bowl we went to.
