You can coach and correct the screw ups, you CAN'T coach/teach the skill that was obviously there with Dajon and Smith. Ask mini I'm sure he would love to be able to throw the ball downfield more than 10 yards.

Yes, and it is my job to get out of them everything I can in practice. Will we butt heads? Your dang right will he do plenty of bear crawls and sprints and up downs your dang straight. But you bet your bottom dollar my best players (gamers) will be on the field when the lights come on.

I take 11 Gamers, he takes 11 practice studs. Bet I win the game 98 out of 100 times. Guys who make plays do so for a reason, guys who don't for the same reason. There is something innate in us that has the "Fight or Flight" mentality and gamers will FIGHT practice heroes will resort to FLIGHT or as some say "choke". Just my opinion on the subject.

Great sample size..... D Smith completed a ball downfield that McNulty couldn't complete if he passed it 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 times. D-Smith threw the ball in some crappy situations after we get all the way down the field in shotgun we put D Smith under center and have him throwing the ball on the move. Makes no sense, almost as much sense as saying the defensive problems aren't a scheme thing, so the only other option is your players can't play or they aren't executing (coaching).

I know that Simmonds is recruiting his kids still, as well as KP the others I don't know much about, but I coach in The Colony and Chico made it by a whopping 1 time in the spring and usually doesn't show back up until the same time the following year sticks his head in the door and then bolts.

Yes let's take a qb who has a rocket arm and out him under center and use PA roll outs to try and score good game plan there big guy. Doesn't excuse the terrible throw but goodness gracious use some common sense.
